Brand new modernly builded and equipped villa for up to 10 persons (8 adults max), with 4 en-suite bedrooms is situated just 50 meters away from the most beautiful beaches in Omis region. Feel the authentic spirit of Dalmatia while staying in this high end beauty. All rooms are air conditioned and to provide you with a special feel of sea, our pool has salty water so you can enjoy your privacy there or you can go to the beautiful beach which is just 50 meters away.

This modern, newly builded villa consist of 4 modern, cozy bedrooms, all with AC units and en suite bathrooms. On the ground floor you will have big cozy, fully equipped kitchen, nicely designed dinning area and big living room connected to to terrace and the pool area. Beautiful views and distance of 50 meters from the sea is included in the price :-). Also newest addition for the season 2020 is steam bathtub and IR sauna.

Villa Kantarion is a beautiful property excellently situated. Igor - the owner - was fantastic and very understanding about our later than scheduled arrival due to a delayed flight. He was at the property waiting for us with a warm welcome. He was also super helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this property and send thanks to Igor for a wonderful holiday. The four double bedrooms are all en suite with an additional bathroom / downstairs WC. The kitchen is well equipped and has pretty much everything you will need cater for yourselves. An additional oven shelf would have been useful but this is by no means a criticism. The pool is fantastic and a great way to enjoy a relaxing day. The beach is only a few minutes walk away and provides lots of fun and activities for all the family, There are several supermarket options in the nearby town of Omis and these are walkable. Omis is a lovely town to visit for excursions along the river Cetina or to head out on a boat to the island of Brac.

We had a wonderful holiday in a lovely villa, which was exactly like it looked on the photographs. The children loved the pool and we would definitely visit again. The host welcomed us on arrival and his gift of wine and champagne went down very well.

Great Home Just Outside of Omis

We spent 6 days in Croatia and we were very happy with the home that is found just outside of Omis. The home is very well built and has almost everything you need to make it home. We did need to buy some shampoo, body soap, laundry detergent but everything else was provided. Parking is a bit tricky if you have larger vehicles but once you do it once or twice, you get the hang of the small street and driveway. Pool was warmed to 24C which was warm enough for our kids to enjoy swimming. It's a quick walk to the small beach right across the street and the main center of Omis is about 1 mile away. In between the home and the center of town there are several grocery stores and bakeries, so getting food for the home was no issue. We walked to the center of town several times along the paved walking path along beach which was wonderful. So many great dining option and attractions if you want to go on the river, sea or zip lining. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we fell in love with the area and hope to come back some day.

Comfortable villa close to beach

The villa was as nice as it looks in the photos. The pool and terrace are great. The beach is a five minute walk via the path under the main road (this naturally involves steps so young children might need to be taken to the beach near the two local restaurants 10 minutes along the road and across the pedestrian crossing). There is a very good supermarket a 10 to 15 minute walk away in the Omiš direction which has a car park and a cafe. Omiš is also easily walkable and has good restaurants and shops, a castle and a river with lots of water activities. The main road between the villa and the beach is noisy (unsilenced motorbikes seem to be popular) so bear this in mind if you’re sensitive to noise. Our host was very welcoming and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed a low season break in the sun.

Great villa close to beach

Fabulous villa, only a few minutes walk to the beach. Villa was newly furbished, with great eating/ living area, 4 large rooms with en-suites and air con. The pool area was fabulous, we were a big group of 6 adults and 4 children and we could eat our meals outside at a large dining area. We stayed in August when the weather was very hot so we really enjoyed our time by the pool and with air con in each of the rooms to stay cool. Igor the host was very accommodating to our needs, there was some slight miscommunication about the single bed that is listed. This was a cot not a single bed but Igor brought more sheets to make up a sofa bed in the living area so it was fine. The villa is a short 5 min walk to the beach And Omis is only 5 mins drive away. There are bars and restaurants a short walk away and a fruit stand at the bottom of the road. Split is around 30 mins drive in the car depending on traffic. Overall we had a really nice stay here, I would definitely recommend to families with children.

Great place to stay

We recently stayed at this villa and had a wonderful experience. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a relief during the warm days. The kitchen was well-equipped, making meal preparation a breeze, and the pool was a fantastic spot to relax in privacy. While the beach is advertised as being 50 meters away, the actual walk is a bit longer, but still manageable. However, accessing the parking area can be a bit tricky, especially for larger vehicles. I drove a VW van and managed to park, but it was a tight squeeze, and my passengers were holding their breath! Overall, it's a beautiful and well-maintained property, with a few minor challenges that didn't detract from our enjoyable stay.

Amazing villa

A week in a villa with all services needed. 4 nice bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. A pool area with sun beds. 10 minutes walk to Supermarket. Very close to a beautiful beach with trees for shadow. Possibility to hire sun beds for 5€/day. I strongly recommend Villa Kantarion.

Heaven in Croatia

We had such a wonderful stay. There were 6 of us in total: me, my husband and our parents. The villa is everything described and more. It has everything you could need to be comfortable and is very close to the beach. We enjoyed the pool area the most and spent long evenings having dinner and chatting on the patio. We were all very happy with our stay and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet beach vacation in Croatia.

Sehr schönes Haus und super Sandstrand

Das Haus war echt toll mit allem was man braucht modern eingerichtet. Schöner beheizter Salzwasserpool mit Meerblick. Der Strand ist echt toll, ca. 150m entfernt. Klares Wasser und sehr schöner Sandstrand, keine Steine, weit flach einfallend, ideal für Kinder. Man braucht keine Schuhe. Ein paar Restaurants in der Nähe. Split und Krka Wasserfälle sind eine Reise wert.. natürlich auch Omis. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Auch der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Danke

A fantastic villa

The villa is a wonderful home from home. We were met by the owner who gave us a tour and showed us where everything was. The views were exceptional and we spent most of our time on the terrace soaking up the sun whilst enjoying the vistas across the Aegean Sea. The facilities in the villa were of high quality and all worked perfectly. WiFi is available all through the house, there is a large screen smart tv in the lounge for lazy days indoors and there is air conditioning throughout (very useful as the temperature got up to 32 degrees at the end of September). The old town of Omis was a manageable 10 minute walk away. It has a wonderful ancient character with charming winding streets and plenty of hidden treats. There is a great beach there and is awash with many restaurants which gave us the most amazing selection of food. Just a few hundred meters from the Villa is a beach with local bars and places to get food. Water sports are available too and it is a great relaxed place to while away the hours. We all enjoyed our relaxing week in Croatia, the apartment was first class, and Igor, the host, very attentive which helped to make this holiday one of the most enjoyable ever.

Wonderful

We had a very nice stay. It was a lovely house and a very nice landlord. Everything was there, it was clean, little information from the landlord included. The landlord even greeted us with wine and champagne when we arrived. Thank you for the great time

Awesome staying

We were two couples with children. The house fitted perfectly with our needs. With a lot of space and a pool as an alternative if you don't want to move to reach one of the various beaches nearby, I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Amazing villa

The villa was amazing and had a good view, there were really nice big rooms and air conditioning. The host was very kind and helpful and the kids had a lot of fun in the pool and amazing prosecco was provided when we arrived. It was also very close to the beach and aqua park by the beach was amazing for kids

Omis villa

Lovely modern villa with 4 good sized double ensuite bedrooms. Ideally need a car if you want to explore, although right on the beach if that's the sort of holiday you want. Main town of Omis is a 20 min walk.

perfect stay in a wonderful house

we spent two weeks in this beautiful new house with pool. the facilities were all new and we could find all supplies we needed. The owner Igor was always available for questions. We can only highly recommend this house near the beautiful beach (only few walking minutes)

Wonderful stay in a fabulous country

Large and spacious with all facilities required. Pool made such a difference. BBQ provided was a great addition. The owner was quick to respond. WiFi was good and worked well. Would definitely stay again. Croatia was as lovely as the people !

Very nice house just outside of Split

We really enjoyed our vacation in Duce. The house is really nice and the host Igor as well. The pictures represent the house well. We were not able to enjoy the pool and much of the ourdoor area due to the weather but otherwise very pleased.

Tolles Ferienhaus in Strandnähe

Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Kurzer Fußweg zum Strand (dank Unterführung ohne Überquerung der Straße). Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Superb stay

House was perfect and actually even nicer than in the listing photographs. Spotlessly clean, lovely sea view, great pool for the kids. Some great beach bars within a few minutes walk (definitely recommend Bar Local) and lots to do locally if you want to explore. We rented a speedboat with a skipper for a day and made various stops around the island of brac. Go to bay luka and eat at Pipo if you get the opportunity. We also hired a little self drive river boat for a few hours and sauntered through the canyon. Both trips were absolutely stunning. Omis is a short walk away either along the road or via the beach. Worth a visit but is very busy. Recommend eating at Cocopazzo wine and dine bar. Igor is a very accommodating and friendly host. We would definitely recommend this property.
