COVID-19 FREE CANCELLATION POLICY

If regional or international restrictions mean you can’t travel, we’ll make a full refund or move your booking to an alternative date.

1. If you decide to cancel your booking up to 30 days in advance of your holiday start date due to regional or international travel restrictions, you will receive a full refund of the amount received by the homeowner

2. If you decide to cancel your booking up to 29 days in advance of your holiday start date, you will be issued a credit voucher in the amount equal to the amount received by the homeowner, which can be used within 18 months from the issuing date, for originally booked accommodation.

REMARK:
Above stated travel restrictions refer to potential corona virus pandemic related events such as official decision of your government to ban "all but essential travel" to the region where the booked property is located, border closures or flights being suspended. Our standard cancellation policy remains applicable in all other cases. The above stated conditions apply from 01.01.2021 until further notice.

Villa Description

First floor offers: Bedroom NO2 with double bed 160 x 200, sofa bed 80 x 200, TV, en-suite bathroom with bath tub, large glass wall with sea and pool views, exit to terrace; Bedroom NO3 with two single beds 90 x 200 (can connect in double bed) + single bed 90 x 200, TV, glass wall, exit to terrace with sea views; Bedroom NO4 with double bed 180 x 200, sofa bed 80 x 200, TV, en-suite bathroom with shower, large glass wall with sea and pool views, exit to terrace; Family bathroom in the hall; Garage for one car also equipped with table tennis and darts. Outside private parking place for 3 cars.

Outdoor offers: Covered terrace with comfortable lounge furniture next to pool in front of Bedroom NO1; sun deck area in front of living area with 6 sun deck chairs; private pool 9m x 3,5m with outdoor shower; outdoor dining area with outdoor barbecue and 10 chairs at lower pool level surrounded by olive trees.
