Ground floor apartment with garden in the Tuscan countryside

The Melograno apartment is an apartment for only 2 nights on the ground floor with private garden and barbecue and is located in the Capanne farmhouse in the Crete Senesi just 10 km from the center of Siena.
The Melograno apartment is a large two-room apartment located on the ground floor, consisting of a living room with functional kitchen, oven, dishwasher, fireplace and television; double bedroom (twin on request) and a bathroom with shower. There is a washing machine available in the bathroom. Apartment with large garden with table, chairs, barbecue and gazebo. Independent entrance. Air conditioning (for a fee).
The Capanne farmhouse is immersed in the Crete Senesi just 10 km from the center of Siena, it is an ancient farmhouse divided into 4 apartments, finely restored respecting the environment and the ancient peasant architecture.
The farmhouse has a central structure and a hut. The central structure is divided into three apartments and a lounge, the hut is a separate and independent apartment. The apartments all have a ground floor and a private garden. The Capanne farmhouse also has a beautiful swimming pool overlooking Siena and the Crete Senesi features available to all 4 apartments of the farmhouse. The swimming pool is certainly open from May 15th to the end of September, before and after depending on the weather conditions. Each apartment has one or more bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, one or more bathrooms depending on the size of the apartment, sheets and towels (weekly change).

The farm, in addition to the swimming pool, has sun beds and umbrellas for relaxing and on request we have some mountain bikes.
Upon arrival we give guests a small notebook, written by us, with all the useful information on the farm and what to do nearby.
On request for free we give a camping cot for baby.
The Capanne farmhouse is suitable for those who love living in contact with nature and for those who love an independent holiday in an apartment. Furthermore, the proximity to Siena makes it an ideal place to visit this beautiful city. In the farm there are some cats.

The Capanne farmhouse is immersed in the Sienese Crete with a view of Siena but, at the same time, in a strategic area as it is easy to reach the tourist places of Tuscany and Umbria by car.
In just one hour by car you can reach Perugia, Florence and Grosseto; in 45 minutes Arezzo, Pienza, San Gimignano, Montalcino and all the Val d'Orcia and Chianti, in 15 minutes we are at the Terme di Rapolano and in just 10 minutes by car we are in the center of Siena.
