Silversand Villa: Laid Back Luxury Private Villa At Kedungu Beach

Silversand Villa is the perfect accommodation for those who are looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay surrounded by two of the natural elements that make this island so unique, the rice fields and the ocean!

This is one unit of a luxury duplex villa. Both units are completely private, have a private plunge pool and only share a 16m lap pool in the garden with the other unit.

1 minute walk to the next restaurant, 3 minutes walk to Kedungu Beach, 20 min drive into the hustle & bustle of Canggu. Approx. 1 hour from the airport.

THE SPACE
Built following the natural slope of the neighboring rice fields, this gorgeous property is characterized by a mix of Balinese design elements and contemporary interiors, and enjoys spectacular views of the surrounding rice fields and the ocean.

The white duplex villa, designed by renowned architect Ross Franklin, is set in lush tropical gardens. Its air-conditioned bedrooms feature 5* king-size hotel bedding and linen, as well as luxurious indoor-outdoor bathrooms. The villa is designed to be family friendly.

The lowest level of the property consists of a gorgeous lush tropical garden dominated by a 16 meters lap swimming pool. This common space will be accessible to all villas’ guests and is the perfect place to unwind and share an amazing time with family and friends.

On the second level the villa unit hosts its living area: a spectacular space overlooking the refreshing plunge pool, a lounge with L-shaped sofa, a dining table for 6 and a fully equipped kitchen complete with proper cooking equipment, gas stove, microwave and water dispenser. On this same level the villa features one of the bedrooms, with king size bed, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom featuring terrazzo bathtub and outdoor shower.

The third level hosts another spacious suite opening to a lovely terrace with beautiful view and equipped with sun bed and parasol. This suite comprises a king size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, a lounge area fitted with sofa, chairs and LCD TV. An en-suite bathroom features bathtub and tropical shower. In a separé you’ll find a large daybed to lounge and read or sleep another adult or 2 kids.

On the rooftop level the villas boasts two beautiful balé (traditional wooden hut with grass roof and cushioned daybed), from where to enjoy the amazing panorama over the ocean, the volcanoes and the lush green rice paddies.

BREAKFAST
Will be prepared by our butlers in your kitchen every morning - at a time of your choice.
Choose Continental Breakfast (toasted bread, condiments, eggs or pancakes, cereal / musli) or Balinese Breakfast (Nasi or Mie Goreng with fried egg). Both come with a tropical fresh fruit platter, coffee, tea, milk and fresh fruit juice.

IN-VILLA MEALS / COOKING SERVICE
Our butlers are happy to prepare any dish for you from our villa menu. Upon 12 hours advance notice they will shop fresh ingredients. All you need to pay is a cooking fee of IDR 200,000 and the groceries bill. Or order in from local restaurants (charges apply).

AIRPORT PICK UP / PRIVATE DRIVER
Airport pick up or drop off can be arranged (on request). Our villa driver can be booked for a shuttle service into neighboring areas like Canggu and Berawa for shopping, dining or nightlife. Half or full day tours across the whole island are possible as well at reasonable rates with friendly and reliable drivers.

IN-VILLA SPORT & WELLNESS SERVICES
Upon booking and for extra cost the following services can be arranged for you: private yoga sessions, personal training, in-villa massage and spa services.
