Nice apartment of about 50 square meters
located on the ground and first floor of an ancient building in the historic center, in the medieval village of Montaione.
It can comfortably accommodate 4 people and is the ideal starting point to discover the beauties of the Montaione area and to reach some of the most famous art cities of Tuscany such as Florence, Pisa and Siena, which are less than an hour away by car .
In half an hour you can reach authentic jewels like San Gimignano and Volterra.

The property:
The recent renovation has allowed us to recover and enhance typical aspects of rustic Tuscan architecture such as wooden beams and portions of the original wall left exposed: this has made the environment warm and welcoming.
On the ground floor we find the kitchen equipped with a 4-burner stove, electric oven and fridge with freezer. Guests will find utensils and crockery for cooking at their disposal.
Through the internal stairs you go up to the upper floor where there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a bathroom.
The apartment is located in the pedestrian area of the historic center where access to cars is allowed only to residents: the area is therefore very quiet.
The free parking lots are immediately outside the walls and are less than five minutes away on foot.
The central location allows, with a few minutes walk, to reach bars, restaurants, supermarket, post office, bank, pharmacy and shops of typical retail products.

We will be available for any of your needs for the duration of your stay.
The Italian safety legislation provides for the communication of the general information of the guests to the local Police Headquarters, therefore at the time of your arrival your identity document will be requested.
