Discover this cosy and recently renovated studio in Torremolinos, ideal for those seeking an intimate and light-filled space. Located just a few metres from the centre and with easy access by road and train, this apartment features a private lift that connects directly to the Carihuela promenade and Bajondillo beach. Furthermore, the area offers all kinds of services: from supermarkets to restaurants and leisure options.



The studio, refurbished in spring 2019, stands out for its incredible sea views from its private balcony and the 10 square metre terrace, where you can enjoy a spectacular 180º panorama and the beautiful sunrises of the Costa del Sol. The living room includes a double bed, table and chair, and a functional kitchen hidden behind sliding doors, equipped with a ceramic hob for comfortably preparing your meals.



The complex has a large communal swimming pool with access for people with reduced mobility, surrounded by a spacious viewing area with garden furniture and a bar (drinks not included). For those travelling with children, there is a special pool for them and the perimeter of the common areas is completely fenced for their safety. Additionally, access to the lifts to the beach is restricted by coded cards, guaranteeing the privacy and security of guests.



The accommodation also includes a parking space subject to availability, making your stay easier if you arrive by car. Free WiFi is available so you stay connected during your rest.
