Enjoy the panoramic sea views from this top floor wonderful two bedroom apartment in a fantastic gated complex - Carihuela Park Palace - just steps from the old quarter and beach. Freshly decorated and with 2 pools, tennis courts, onsite restaurant/bar, childrenā€™s play area and market youā€™ll be tempted not to leave , but just steps away beckon La Carihuelaā€™s famous old shopping street with a wonderful choice of shops and restaurants.The nearest "all you will need" supermarket is the brand new Carrifour just a few meters from the gates of the complex , but there are many local supermarkets within meters - make sure you find the fruit market ! Just a few steps more and youā€™re on La Carihuelaā€™s 2.1 Kilometer beach where you can promenade on the Paseo, eat at one of Carihuelaā€™s famous Chiringuitos or just bask in the sun. A further refresh of the apartment has just been undertaken (January2023 ) which includes the whole apartment repainted and new linens in both the master bedroom and front room and a change in the furniture which includes new and reconfigured .Please note all linens and towels are replaced as a matter of course at regular intervals so all should feel fresh and new ! Fiber optic internet is included for unlimited access to accommodate your teenagers! Windows on three sides afford fabulous views of the sea and mountains with a 180 degree view of the Mediterranean from the spacious balcony.
As part of my welcome to you I offer a complimentary taxi service from the airport to the apartment !

Great experience!

We spent 7 nights at this apartment and was a great find, very clean with a great view of the ocean. Location is perfect, very close to minimarkets, restaurants, 4 min walk to the beach. The only issue I found is that we rented a car and sometimes it was difficult finding parking on the street but there are some paying parkings close to the building.

Really enjoyed our stay . Apartment is lovely, beautifully decorated, spacious, homely and the view from the balcony is fabulous. We had a lovely week. A morning cuppa on the balcony was a lovely start to the day. I donā€™t think youā€™d find somewhere more ideally situated . Itā€™s very quiet, yet only minutes from the shops, bars, restaurants and the beautiful beach. Theresa was so helpful and accommodating to us and Iā€™m very grateful. She answered any query I had and checked in to make sure all was well.

Best area lovely place!

Loved the apartment and area. Kids loved the pool and close proximity to the beach and everything.We will definitely return. Hopefully one time as just a couple to relax and enjoy it to the max as two crazy kids keep you on your toes.Pictures do not do it justice and the veiws were amazing.Do not hesitate to book.Thank Theresa!

Lovely Apartment near beach with Amazing Views

Apartment is light and bright with a beautiful sea view which is enjoyed from the balcony. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, services and groceries. Great WiFi! Owner is very nice and easy to work with. Had a wonderful stay and plan to return next year.

Absolutely loved the apartment. Beautiful inside , spacious and clean. Ideal location for both Torremolinos and benalmadena harbour. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. Would definitely recommend.

This was our second visit to this apartment. It was as lovely as last year, so convenient for restaurants and bars. It's in a lovely area with gardens and a pool. The apartment is very clean and well furnished.

Perfect apartment and Location

This property was fantastic so clean and organized and in a great location It is even nicer than the photos show Right between Torremolinos and the marina at Benalmadena Lots of fantastic beech restaurants and bars, plus lovely car free streets to explore with more bars and resturants There was a great welcome pack when we arrived with all the essentials and more. We had a fantastic time and definitely reccommend it !!

Really lovely apartment. Had everything we needed.Great balcony with wonderful views, loved sitting on there having pre dinner drinks. Location just perfect , so near the beach and all the tapas bars. Theresa communicated promptly to all my questions/enquiries. Can't wait to return!

Lovely apartment with great views

The apartment was fantastic, very spacious and well equipped. The views from the balcony are stunning. Communication and key collection was very easy. The beach, bars, shops and restaurants are within a couple of minutes walk. The pool area and gardens are nice and quiet.

Absolutely perfect apartment and amazing location. Host was fantastic and extremely helpful to deal with. Also kate who looked after us when we were there was very helpful and friendly. I have been holidaying in this resort for 20yrs and this was the best yet !

Family holiday

Spacious, well equipped and spotless apartment with amazing sea views from a good sized balcony. Great wee bar and restaurant with sunloungers available for a fee at the pool. Excellent location with the beach, a large variety of restaurants, supermarkets and shops within a few minutes walk.Useful bus service between MƔlaga and towns along the coast, bus stop just behind the back gate. Train station accessible via a lift and short walk through Bateria Park behind apartments (green transport card can be purchased and topped up at a Tobacconist). Would definitely recommend.
