Access to Breakers 651A is on the ground floor, with entry into a furnished foyer. Two bedrooms and baths are to the right, and the kitchen, dining and living areas are to the left, as well as the secluded primary suite with its own sliding door access to the sunroom and ocean view. The kitchen is a chef's delight and has plenty of countertops and cabinets, with a pass-through into the living area, but with bar and two barstools on the kitchen side. All necessary items are available to prepare a full course meal, or just bagels and coffee in the morning. Appliances are all stainless-steel and include refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker, range with oven, built-in above-range microwave and dishwasher. The adjacent dining area is nicely furnished with a table seating six, with mirrored walls adding to the bright and airy indoor-outdoor feel. The living area is nicely furnished, including large HDTV for your viewing pleasure, with a sleeper sofa for added sleeping accommodations. There are sliding glass doors that flow from the living and dining area out to the sunroom with its ocean backdrop. There is also a wet bar with shelving, sink and mini-fridge, conveniently located right by the entrance to the primary suite.

This condo actually has two primary suites, each with a king-size bed and en suite bathroom, as well as a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed and guest bathroom. The primary bedroom has sliding glass doors offering private access out to the well-furnished oceanfront sunroom, and its bathroom has a Garden Tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom with en suite bath has a walk-in shower, and there are sliding glass doors out to a balcony area. The third bedroom is just adjacent to the guest bathroom with combination tub/shower, and this bedroom also has sliding glass door access to the balcony on the street side of the condo. A full-size washer and dryer are also conveniently located within your condo, thus allowing for lighter packing.
