Our cozy unit is located in Pra-Loup, one of the best ski resorts in the Southern Alps! During winter, there's 180km of ski trails with 2 lifts in the surrounding area. Our charming apartment is just a 5-minute drive from the lifts! Located 10-minutes from the town of Barcelonnette in the Ubaye Valley, this area offers a weath of beautiful scenery including forestry and gorgeous mountain peaks.

Our space is a 1 BEDROOM apartment adjoining a STUDIO apartment. There is a Double bed in the bedroom, an Alcove with Bunks, and 2 Zip beds in the living room which can accommodate additional guests. Bedding configurations and the layout of the suite may vary so please check with one of our friendly staff when booking to ensure the the suite will suit any specific needs you may have. We'll provide you with bed linens!

There will be 1 BATHROOM in each adjoining apartment. Bathroom linens are available on request for €8/kit. On-site laundry machines are available for an additional charge.

After exploring the mountains, retreat to our cozy LIVING SPACE and catch a show on the TV. In the early evening, step out onto the balcony or patio and enjoy the fresh air. You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi.

Make a quick meal in the KITCHENETTE that includes a stove, fridge, microwave, and a dishwasher.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Residence Le Village de Praroustan where our 54m2 space is conveniently located. These include the on-site sauna/hammam that you can enjoy unlimited access to for €20/person and the shared indoor pool. Guest services are available on-site to ensure a stress-free stay.

Outdoor parking is available on-site, but spaces are limited. Indoor parking is available for €50/week. Pre-booking indoor parking is required.

A refundable security deposit of €500 per accommodation is required and will be returned after inspection, provided there is no damage, additional cleaning, or missing items.

In compliance with local regulations, a daily tourist tax may be applicable during your stay. The rate is subject to change. For precise information based on your dates of stay, please consult the local municipality.

If you’d like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for €12/night. You must supply proof of vaccinations and dogs must be kept on a lead at all times within the residence grounds.
