This Luxurious cabin is located in the heart of downtown Sylvan Lake, just a minute walk to the beach and all the amenities that Sylvan Lake has to offer. Enjoy a relaxing vacation in your own private quiet cabin with a large fenced back yard, deck , a fire pit, camping chairs, a BBQ and a patio furniture . This cabin is the perfect retreat for couples or families. The property includes a master bedroom, walk in closet, full bathroom, large living room with a queen size sofa bed, black out blinds, , fridge, stove, microwave, small appliances, utensils, keurig, coffee, and Cable TV and high speed internet. Discounts offered for weekly rentals.

Please bring your own beach towels.
Smoking not permitted in the house and will result in loss of damage deposit.

We are waiting for qeeks for our tiny home cabin to be finished so extended dtays are impkrtant for us. This is a good place but there is a distinct gas smell so may need to get that checked

Great Stsy!

Overall this was a great stay. There are a few improvements that could be made such as, the kitchen tap needs repair and missing switch covers and the light in the closet BUT it was so cute and awesome location. We would stay again!

Cabin waking distance to Lake

Suzie had messaged me asking when we will be in town. We had just gotten to Sylvan Lake when I checked her message which was around 1pm telling her that we just got there. She was extremely kind enough to ask the manager if the cabin was cleaned yet so we can check in early which we did. That was very kind of her to do! The lake was literally in the backyard of the cabin. Just across a parking lot. It was such a wonderful location! The place had everything you needed, including air-conditioning, which my dog stayed in while we were out at the lake..the manager was so sweet and met us at check in. I would recommend this place to a family in a heat beat!

Perfect location!

A very cute & clean property in the perfect location! (right across the street from the beach) Good size for a couple but found it a bit too small having our teenager daughter with us. Once she was in bed (hide-a-bed in the livingroom) there no where for us to really hang out & watch tv...a tv in the bedroom would be a great addition! Cathy was great during check-in! A wonderful place for a short getaway to beautiful Sylvan Lake!

So ideal!

The location cannot be beat! An easy walk from the residence to the beach. Right near More Moo ice cream store. Lots of renovations in the last few years makes it feel modern and cozy. Love that you can bring Fido along on vacation. Fully fenced enclosed yard. Ample clean linens with extra pillows was a plus.

Perfect weekend getaway

Came here with my 2 friends and we had the best time! Such a cute little place in a great location. We were sad to go, but will definitely book again next summer! Cathy was very helpful and nice getting us settled in.

Awesome stay and wonderful location

Me and my wife enjoyed our stay in this wonderful cottage and had everything explained to us for where everything was and some recommendations for restaurants, etc. Wonderful host and an absolute awesome time. Strongly recommended!

This cabin was exactly what we needed. Great location! Just a few minutes from the beach. The cabin was clean and the host was very helpful and easy to deal with.

Fantastic stay!

Location was amazing! Easy walk from the backyard to the beach in less than 5min. Nice decks off front and back of the house. Comfortable bed and nicely renovated bathroom. Enjoyed are stay and ability to walk to restaurants, go karts, mini golf and the beach. 2min walk to White Frog Cafe for coffees in the morning is highly recommended.

Cute, Cozy, and Perfectly Located

Our family of four stayed in this cute and cozy cabin for an end of summer getaway from the city. It was perfectly located and just what we needed for us. Check in was a breeze and Kathy, the caretaker next door, was lovely our entire stay, always checking in to make sure we were OK. Susie, the owner, was always easily accessible via messaging and very responsive. The cabin was outfitted with everything we needed and we felt incredibly comfortable. It was a home away from home for sure. The bed and pillows were especially comfortable, so much so that I had to find out where they were from so we could purchase them both ourselves because I slept so well. The location is fantastic and we walked everywhere the whole time, only driving to Walmart (5 minute drive) for a few groceries. The beach, restaurants, parks and ice cream are steps away. I recommend checking out the Bamboo Hut (delicious Asian cuisine) , Pete’s at the Beach (they make the best fresh bread in house), and The Big Moo (ice cream flavours galore). Definite 5 stars for a very relaxing comfortable vacation. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location

We really enjoyed staying here!! It is very very close to the beach. The house is lovely. Kathy and Suzie were both very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again :)

Great Location. Close to Beach and downtown

We had a very good time at this beach property. We were warmly welcomed by Kathy, the neighbour who gave us keys and showed us around the cabin. The cabin was neat and clean and had what we needed for our stay. The two of us were quite comfortable. We appreciated the deck and the barbecue out back. Location is everything with this cabin. We were steps away from the beach and the great promenade in the town for walking. A few of the days were not good for the beach, so it was a good starting point for some regional explorations in Red Deer and Rocky Mountain House. The town was very friendly, and we hope to be back again.

Loved this little place . 2 minute walk to the beach . Suzie was great and made booking simple . First time we’ve booked with through an app . Karen next door was very accommodating and super friendly . Hope to come back again .

Great owner and friendly neighbors

Suzie was absolutely wonderful. We had an issue and she fixed the problem right away. The next door neighbor is so friendly and caring. She was so sweet to my son. I hope to come back next year and enjoy the cozy home in great location.

Good things come in small packages!

Checked in with Kathy (from next door) - she was a doll! She was majorly helpful. We had a glitch with the internet access, but she got it figured out for us. She even offered to let us use hers if we couldn't get it running. So generous! The location of this property is fantastic. Only a block to the beach! And there are loads of shops and restaurants right close as well. Many things to see and do within walking distance. The cabin is small, but super cute. Suzie has stocked it with everything needed for a successful get away. The kitchen was functional and well equipped. Our challenges were: 1) There was a distinct and quite strong smokey smell inside the cabin - although it had not settled into the furniture or linens. I purchased a spray air freshener and a scented candle which helped that out. Perhaps the previous renters used that beautiful fireplace?! and 2) The bed just barely fits in the master bedroom, so you have to shuffle sideways along the wall at the end of the bed to get to the far side of the bed or access the closet or patio door. A bit of a challenge, but nothing unmanageable. Over all a comfortable and well presented property. We would definitely stay again!

Great place in a great location!

The cabin is perfectly situated close to the beach (2mins away) on a very quiet street. The inside has a spacious living area, nice fireplace that separates the living room from the kitchen and the bedroom is private. The backyard is perfect for BBQs, family gathering or a quiet time in the evening. This is great for a couple or a family who love the beach, the nearby restaurants and everything Sylvan Lake has to offer. We loved it and would love to return next summer and the summer after that.
