Thank you Susan for taking the time to share your experience at Blossom Barn. We are pleased to hear that you found the location convenient for exploring the Cotswolds and that you enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area. However, we regret that certain aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We have passed your feedback onto the property manager who has informed us that all the issues were addressed during your stay. She has also mentioned that the curtains are due to be replaced and after your stay the mattress has been removed and a new one has been purchased. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.

Thank you Sabine for your review of Blossom Barn. We have passed your feedback onto the property manager for his attention and we are sorry that you experienced an issue with the front door key, however I understand that the property manger came to your assistance. The windows at the Barn are cleaned on a monthly basis and as your stay was during a very hot week in June and harvesting from the adjacent farm was in full swing, this created a lot of dust on the windows. We look forward to welcoming you back to the Cotswolds soon.

Thank you, Toby, for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very disappointed to receive your review and sorry that the cottage did not meet your expectations. We understand that you saw the property manager a couple of times during your stay and we genuinely wish you had reached out at the time so that we could have taken steps to address your concerns. We do, however, take all guest feedback seriously and will investigate to see if there are areas that we can improve on in future, including whether we can improve ventilation in the wetroom.

Thank you for sharing your feedback Larry. We're pleased you found Blossom Barn to be comfortable and exceptionally clean for your stay. We are very sorry that you experienced an issue with one of the dining chairs and appreciate you raising this with the Property Manager so that the chair could be promptly repaired. Blossom Barn is all on one level and has an accessible shower room making it suitable for someone who is less mobile, although we appreciate your suggestion of an armchair and will share this with the Owner. We'll also pick up your feedback about the oven trays and bread knife for the benefit of future guests. Overall, it's great to hear that you enjoyed staying at Blossom Barn and would be happy to recommend this property.
