The front guesthouse boasts 7 contemporary bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room, living room, and game room. Meanwhile, the beach guesthouse offers 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, living room, large dining area, and an oversized outdoor terrace with seating for everyone!
Our beach house and oversized pool are located on the stunning Table Rock Beach, one of the most sought after beaches in Puerto Rico. With serene, gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean coastline and waterfront setting, you can watch the surfers on the water or the sunsets each evening. Enjoy a few steps to the sand and ocean, where you can snorkel in the calm water, spearfish, search for treasures such as sea shells and sea glass, and much more!
The home also features a basketball court and a pickleball court. The basketball court is a slam dunk for your vacation, where you can enjoy spirited full-court games or casual shootarounds. The pickleball court is equipped with a professional-grade net system, ensuring you can enjoy casual games or serious matches.
The Beach house features a beautiful kitchen that opens up to a 1,000 square foot outdoor terrace with both pool and ocean views. Relax on the terrace with tables, loungers, and plenty of seating to enjoy the beauty of the Caribbean. The large 10 foot deep saltwater pool sits along the ocean, gated upon request for the safety of small children, and even has a slide for fun. You can also rinse off in the outdoor shower and use the outdoor restroom.
All bedrooms have queen beds and air conditioning units, with some even having their own en suite bath. The grounds consist of beautiful, lush landscaping, including palm trees and fruit trees throughout, with a large grassy area giving the feeling of a private resort.
For your convenience, we offer the Front Guesthouse alone at a rate of $1050/night, the Beach Guesthouse alone at $1,200/night, or both homes together at $1,950/night. Please request a quote before booking.
