Table Rock Beachfront Penthouse is a newly remodeled fully furnished and equipped apartment with spectacular views and amazing sunsets. Enjoy these views from the rooftop terrace that overlooks the ocean. Table Rock is a family orientated complex that is right on the beach and offers a pool, gazebo and BBQ area. We are on the Atlantic side so you get to spot whales during the winter months, surf the world renowned Table Rock beach, or peacefully walk the beach-line and collect loads of Sea Glass. Back-up generator power and water cistern on site as well. Short distance to stores, open air bars and restaurants and the town of Aguada. There are two assigned parking spaces. The complex sits right on the beach where you can walk the Aguada's pristine unspoiled beaches. We are located in a local rural neighborhood, there are roosters in the area that do get up early and will do their best to make sure you are up early as well. Table Rock is 9 miles from Rinconā€™s famed beaches and 12mi. to the Aguadilla Airport (BQN) and in between various restaurants.
We do have Wyze Camera that you will see on the kitchen table when you arrive to the condominium. This is only for our security WHEN THE UNIT IS NOT RENTED. The camera will be completely off during your entire stay. Please feel free to unplug the camera and/or cover the camera while you are staying at our place if you would prefer.

The condo was very spacious, clean and the views are spectacular. We really enjoyed the deck on the top floor for morning coffee or a beautiful sunset. The host was personable and thoroughly explained the checkin process and was available during our stay if we needed anything. They have an online guestbook with all the information about the condo, places to eat and visit. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay and great location

This was our home for a wonderful 2 weeks on the west side of Puerto Rico. The host was great communicating with us, as was the local contact who checked in with us via text. Although we didnā€™t have any questions or needs, we felt assured if we did need anything we had a contact. The property was clean, comfortable, well stocked and had everything we needed. They had beach chairs, an umbrella, snorkeling equipment and even a cooler for things we picked up at the many local farm markets. The spacious kitchen has everything you need.The steps up to the unit were not as bad as we thought they would be and so worth it to be up higher for the great views. Coffee on the outside porch on the main level (same level as the kitchen) was very pleasant. And upstairs provided magnificent ocean views, sunsets and stargazing at night. The pool was perfect to cool off and so nice that there are restrooms there too. The beach was clean and quiet. The property and the town felt safe. This location is perfect, and easily accessible to beaches north and south.We had a great time and would recommend this rental.

Hidden Gem

This property is one of the best properties Iā€™ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. The pictures are accurate. The unit has everything you need for vacation. Jayson, the owner, carefully considered what a person needs during their time on vacation. He is a caring and wonderful person. He always stayed in touch with us and made sure we were pleased with our stay. We experienced a blackout in the island during our vacation, but Jayson made sure we had battery operated lanterns, flashlights, and battery operated fans which eased our stress and made our stay enjoyable. It was worth every penny. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay there again. Thank you, Jayson.

Aguada Table Rock

What an incredible week! The property was one of, if not the most well stocked VRBOā€™s I have ever stayed in. We followed some suggestions and went to the local restaurants which were incredible. Traveled south down to playuela beach, also went to Bunny spot beach. The property was clean and like I said well stocked, the pool was perfect. It was everything that was advertised and then some. If I can make it back, I will come here again.

A little piece of Heaven

This place is wonderful! It's in a quiet, gated community, yet close drive to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The views are fabulous. The unit itself is well maintained and was exceptionally clean. The kitchen has quality plates, flatware, pots & pans, better than the average VRBO. Note that there is no dishwasher, if that is a deal-breaker. I'd personally rather have the W/D unit - which they had! There is a full bath and 2 BRs on main floor. 2nd full bath is on second floor, accessible by a rather tight spiral staircase, if mobility is an issue. The only TV is upstairs in that loft area. The unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, as an FYI. Communication with the owner and property manager was excellent. The common grounds are well maintained. We felt safe at all times. The beach in front is a bit rocky and not really suitable at high tide. Low tide is easy to walk and there were swimmers at times. This was our 3rd trip to PR, and by far our favorite stay. We're already looking ahead to next year!

Sea Glass Heaven

We chose this place because my sister and her husband had been there last year and were very happy with it We went to collect sea glass- and that did not disappoint! We were able to find glass simply by watching the tides and walking the beach. This beach isnā€™t your normal sand beach, but that is why there is sea glass. The rip tides were terrible while we were there so we didnā€™t ever venture in to the water far. We were lucky enough to be there to experience the ā€œhorse paradeā€. That is a once in a lifetime experience! The condo itself was immaculate and had everything any person could need I highly recommend staying here.

A place to repeat

The condo is very nice, so we spent a good time just resting and playing table games. The beach in front is reasonable good, but you can also take short trips to nearby popular beaches. Is an above-average home-base for exploring the Island West.

Quaint condo

Our family had a wonderful stay at Table Rock. The area had a very local feel to it. We watched some amazing sunsets, enjoyed quiet walks on the beach in the morning, and dined at a few local restaurants. We felt safe, welcomed, and at home. Our family loves to stay active so we explored many towns and beaches along the west coast of PR. This condo was the perfect location for our adventures. We also appreciated the information Jayson provided about local restaurants and beaches. Check in and check out was a breeze. Overall a wonderful stay!

Nice Location To Enjoy The West Side of The Island!

This location was amazing, close to everything and the great beaches and restaurants! If you want to enjoy all the west coast offers this is the place to be. We came for the beaches and great beaches like Crash Boat was a short drive away, BoquerĆ³n, RincĆ³n just a few to mention. Host was amazing and the apartment met all our needs. Waking up to see the ocean and hearing the waves is a plus!!

These hosts have great communication. I needed sheets and they came out in less than a half an hour. The place was clean, spacious and I loved the top studio on the terrace. Stunning view! Highly recommend!! Great hospitality!

Awesome place!

What a great place to stay! We took a family surf trip and this place couldnā€™t have been more perfect. Jayson is a great host! Communication was great, the process of getting to his place and getting in was so easy. Super clean and well maintained. The website he has set up with all the info for the condo and local information is extremely helpful! There is not a single bad thing I can say. Thank you Jayson. Just as Advertised

This was a wonderful property and we were very happy with the accommodations. Both Jayson and his local manager Daniel were outstanding with their communications, proactively and in response to any texts I sent with questions or requests. I would recommend this property without hesitation. The condo itself was kept very clean and had everything we needed and then some. It is obvious that Jayson cares greatly that his guests enjoy his property as much as he and his family to when they are there. The only item to be aware of in the condo as may have been mentioned, is that the penthouse floor and patio are accessed by a spiral staircase that could be tricky for toddlers or those less mobile, but unless you have folks sleeping up there, you don't need to access it much. The only reason I can see for anyone giving this property anything other than 5 stars is if they were expecting the area to be something that it is not. With that said, Aquada is a lovely town and it is wonderful to be situated right on the coast where you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean right from your deck and/or the penthouse patio. It is not a resort area like Condado or Isla Verde in San Juan, or even Rincon nearby, and the beach in front of the Condo is not a swimming beach. What it is, is a nice quiet place to relax and use as a jumping point to other areas if you are looking for something else. We found the Aguada public beach down the road to be very enjoyable as well, with nice soft sand, great water to swim in, and no crowds.

This property was absolutely beautiful, the view from balconies and private rooftop patio was wonderful. Jayson and his local host Daniel were extremely attentive and responsive at all times. The condo was very nice and decorated beautifully, equipped with everything you need and more. Highly recommend

Great host - nice stay

This was a great get away in a nice "village". The property is right on the ocean so we could walk for hours on the beach. The rooftop space was really nice for breakfast or watching the sunset and the penthouse indoor room was our movie night space. Having a second bath up there was nice as well. Jayson was very responsive to providing information and recommendations. We used his app every day to find things to do, places to go or eat and directions that were linked to the condo so you never need to remember where you "live". We bought food for breakfast and snacks and ventured out for most other meals, but the kitchen was well-equipped (with plates, wine glasses, utensils as well as basic spices). We stopped for shampoo, only to find there were several bottles already there in the medicine cabinet. Plenty of towels. On Saturday we found the artisans under tents in the village square. Some nice stuff as the artists are only allowed to sell things they make themselves. Several open air (with roof) and indoor restaurants to choose from. Overall a great stay.
