The apartment is on the ground floor of a house on 3 levels, it is composed of 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, sink with mirror and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, a living room with fireplace and with TV Sat.
Located between the towns of Salò and Gardone Riviera, 300 meters from the lake, the apartment is equipped with a newly built equipped kitchen (May 2019) with induction hob, electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee machine in Lavazza pods and American coffee machine.
There are 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each. In one of the rooms a cot can also be placed on request. The newly built bathroom includes a sink, toilet and a generously-sized shower.
The apartment is equipped with a 32 "flat screen TV with satellite channels, free WiFi internet connection and independent heating in the winter months.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment and part of the garden. The remaining part of the garden and the entrance porch will be shared with the guests of another apartment of the same property.
