Equally Close to both Beach and and Town

The house is located in a quiet family area. The 3 Bedrooms sleep a minimum if 6 confortably (Queen, Queen, 2 Twins) and each bedroom has an attached bathroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the sun room and a futon in the twin bedroom, guests planning to use the futon as a bed will need to provide their own sheets (Full Size). The second floor main bedroom opens onto a private sun deck overlooking the private backyard. The main en-suite includes a walk-in shower and a SPA tub.



The open living area includes a dining area on one side of the kitchen and the living room on the other. The dining area is great not only for meals, but arts, crafts and games. You can easily move from the kitchen to the living room and then out to the sunroom or onto the back deck. Amenities include a washer and dryer, outside grill, a picnic table in the back yard, and an enclosed outdoor shower. The beach is only a short walk away down the third street access path, and the restaurants and shops of center street are also only 2 1/2 blocks away.
