This VRBO was the perfect spot in Folly! The beach boardwalk was right across the street and only a couple blocks from the main road of town! Was the perfect space for our girls weekend, was super clean and had plenty of linens and towels, which was needed for all of us girls! The host was super friendly and responsive, and she was great at relaying information - so much so that we got to get in earlier than 4 pm! 10/10 recommend

We booked this trip for a dual Bachelorette Party weekend and cannot be happier with our stay. The house was clean, gorgeous and perfect for a quick walk to the beach. There was a leak in the dining area on our one rainy day, but the host was very communicative, apologetic and was there within the hour to repair the leak. He was kind and speedy in the repair. All of us agree we’d book again and hope to be back soon!

Great stay for my sister’s bachelorette party!

A group of 9 of us stayed here for our sister’s bachelorette party and we had a great time! It’s a fantastic location, just steps from the beach and a 10 minute walk to the main area where most of the restaurants and shops are. The house was clean and comfortable and has plenty of parking. We’re so glad we stayed here!

Great location and host!

This terrific home is just steps from the beach. Couldn’t ask for a better location without paying beach front rates! Spacious home with well appointed bedrooms and an attentive host who is responsive and clearly wants to make sure you enjoy your stay. Enjoyed being just 2.5 blocks from Center St too. Being able to walk to dinner and morning coffee, but not feel like we were in a congested area was super nice!

Best Place to stay in Folly Beach

Ron's house is wonderful - so spacious, clean, comfortable and within walking distance of the beautiful beach and lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. We had a wonderful week long stay while celebrating our daughter's wedding. Jessica who manages the property was so responsive and accommodating. This is truly a gem!

The house was wonderful being Steps from beautiful Folly Beach and a few blocks from the lively town center. The home had plenty of convenient parking. A hose and outdoor hot/cold shower was the best for after the beach! The house had 5 large bedrooms with very comfortable beds, 3 bathrooms (1 en-suite master bath) the large kitchen had seating for 10+ people. Plenty of Bath and beach towels were provided along with plenty of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, kids beach toys and boogie boards. Laundry facility off of the kitchen was very convenient. the 2 desks were awesome. The top deck was the best place to drink some wine while viewIng the ocean, before going out to dinner!

Family Vacation

We had a great week at Seas the Day. Fit everyone comfortably, we had 9 total-8 adults and an 11 y/o. 2 couples, my 84 y/o Mother, 2 daughters, grandson and niece. The rooms were spacious, with closet space and dressers available. Rooms were clean and quiet. They layout of long table and a game table were perfect for sitting down to a meal and leaving a puzzle or game in progress. Plenty of space in the kitchen. Enjoyed the deck and the gas grill. Short walk to the beach access was convenient as was shower and hose access to wash off before going into the house. It was also a convenient walk into restaurants and stores as parking is at a premium in that area. We did find spots on the street as it was a little far for my mother in the heat. We enjoyed our week at Seas the Day and would stay here again.

Great week at Folly Beach!

My husband and I stayed at the house with our six young adult children and a few significant others. The location is perfection. Convenient to the beach and downtown Folly without being too close to either. We loved it and had a great week! Jessica was very communicative and easy to work with and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. We cooked in almost every night and had plenty of dishes, cookware etc. The only complaint about the property is that there is not much space to “hang out”. There is lots of dining space, but only seating for 5 in the living/TV room. Other than that, it was perfect for our group!

Great house in a great location

This house is in a great location, it is less than a half mile from town and right across the street from the beach! The house was very clean, and had plenty of bath and beach towels! Jessica was the manager and was in contact with us often and very quick with responses! We appreciated her fast responses! The kitchen had what we needed. We would stay here again!

A few suggestions

Not to compkain but,the ceiling fan in the upstairs back bedroom with the twin beds was loose and made a lot of noise and the epuipment in the closet was loud too. Maybe some noise insulation on the closet doors would help. Also the hallway bathroom upstairs around the tub area could really use some sprucing up. But we really liked the house and were vert happy there.

Wonderful House, Great Location!

Wonderful, clean house! Across the street from the beach, an easy walk or quick drive to the restaurants and shops on Center Street, supermarket is about 10 minutes away and about a half hour to Charleston. Our family had a great week! Highly recommended!

Perfect place!

My 60th birthday gift from my wife. Me and 6 of my friends from NJ stayed for a few days. Block from the beach. Walk to town. Plenty of space and clean. Loved it!

This property is beautiful, well maintained and lives well. It is on second row so you have a good view of the ocean form our balconies and is a very short walk to the beach and the center of town.

We have parking on West Ashely Ave and on Cooper Ave behind the property with 7 parking places so everyone should have a parking spot!
