Beautifully remodeled and fully furnished 1-story, 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in University City. The elegant kitchen boasts granite counters and a kitchen island, opening to the living room that leads to a large private and grassy backyard with two shady patios, equipped with patio tables, chairs, BBQ, and a porch swing.

The bathrooms have been renovated with new cabinets and granite counters. Bedrooms feature new vinyl floors, while the kitchen, dining room, and bathrooms showcase beautiful wood tile.

Enjoy modern amenities, including Wi-Fi internet, two TVs with Roku, washer & dryer, and A/C. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances - fridge with ice maker & water filter, electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Additionally, it comes equipped with a toaster, hand blender, coffee maker, electric kettle, plates, utensils, cookware, cups, glasses, and more. Linens, blankets, towels, and toiletries are provided for guests.

Furnished with all the essentials, the house features:

Room 1: Master with 1 king bed + office table
Room 2: Queen bed
Room 3: Double bed
Room 4: Twin + twin over twin bunk bed with trundle
Living Room: Contemporary seating sofas (3+2+1), convertible sofa futon, coffee table, 60-inch flat TV
Dining Area: Dining table with 8 chairs, kitchen island with bar chairs
Garage: Additional seating area with convertible sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, flat TV, and full laundry
Outside, relax in the grassy private backyard with two shady patios, complete with patio tables, chairs, BBQ, and a porch swing.

Full laundry facilities are located in the garage for guests' convenience. Families with young kids will find a baby mobile crib (Pack-n-Play), infant tub, high chair, and kids' dinnerware available.

We also offer portable folding chairs and beach umbrellas to help you enjoy the beach like a local.

Please note, neighborhood QUIET HOURS ARE 9 PM - 7 AM. No parties are allowed; if you're looking to party, kindly search for another listing. Thank you for being considerate to our neighbors!

Wonderful family stay

My family and I stayed at the property for 11 nights. It had all the amenities of home …. so comfortable and relaxing. At same time was close to all the family attractions such as the zoo, seaworld , Legoland, sesame place, zoo safari, Aquarium and beaches. Naomi was great as she was easy to work with and accommodating. Would definitely book this house again the next time we visit San Diego !

Relaxing and convenient stay

I stayed with my family for 11 nights, it was one of my best stay. The property manager Naomi was super sweet lady. She always accommodated my special requests. I haven’t met anybody like her in my VRBO experience. The house had all the things which made my stay as comfortable as my home. Looking forward to come back here in future!

Nice house close to beach and attractions

We had a great week with our 6 children at the house. The home is very clean and seems to be recently remodeled. Naomi, the manager, was very helpful and responsive. We were surprised a the convenient access to the beach and all the attractions downtown. The home is also very close to a Von's grocery store and a Ralph's store. It is also close to movie theaters. The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors were quite friendly. A couple of them stopped on their walks to say hello to our children. The home is also close to at least two nice parks that we used for picnics. All in all we highly recommend the property.

Perfect Location

This property was perfect for us! It was east drive to beaches, downtown, and the Del Mar area for our soccer games. Neighborhood was quiet, clean and safe. I was able to get my daily walks in! Many stores and food places, including a high end mall, all within 10 minutes. Naomi was great to work with… kind, caring, and prompt in responding. Appreciated the email check ins after our arrival.

Great location and lovely backyard

This house worked great for our group of 5. It was convenient to all we wanted to do and was plenty of space for us. We spent a couple of afternoons sitting in the backyard watching the hummingbirds. The tenant isn't necessarily loud, but he is up all night. This could be a problem for light sleepers.

The house was great for 9 adults and a baby! And the location is perfect. Easy access to the 805 and 5. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare Christmas Eve dinner.

Thanksgiving getaway

Great place for family and friends getaway in San Diego. Good location for local trips - short drive to SeaWorld, Zoo, beach etc. This place had all we needed for our week-long stay. The host regularly checked if we had questions or needed any help.

Nice, well kept property in a great location!

We recently enjoyed a visit to San Diego where we had the pleasure of staying at this property. The home was very clean and comfortable. The owner provided easy to follow instructions for checking in and out and we had a pleasant time! The location is great as it provided a great launching point for all of the activities that we planned. There were many fantastic local options for dining and shopping. I would recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Great Family Home!

The home was excellent and as described. The location is perfect - 10 minutes to the beach and quick access to the freeways. At the same time, it’s snuggled in a quiet neighborhood, where you can relax after a hectic day. The home was clean; the kitchen has everything you need including a barbeque grill right off the kitchen. A bonus for me was the tv room in the garage. As an early riser, it provided a terrific location for me to work without bothering the rest of the family. Naomi is very responsive and easy to work with. We will be staying here again!!!

Beautiful house! Plenty of room for our group and an amazing location!

The property owner was great to work with. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and there was plenty of space in the living room to spread out. There was a nice back porch as well.

We enjoyed our stay. We were comfortable. Easy freeway access and close enough to the beach.

Our overall stay was good. We had a big group and the kitchen and family room had enough seating. The converted garage space was a nice bonus and the seating on the patio.

Great Place!

We had a great time in San Diego staying at this lovely house. There were plenty of beds and couches, a good size kitchen with the basics, 2 TVs so different groups could watch what they wanted, and nice patio space. We were surprised by the studio apartment that is also on the property, but had no issues at all with the resident. Overall, we had a great time at this house and would stay there again!

Perfect house

We have stayed in probably a dozen rental houses in San Diego and haven't found one we want to stay again at until now. The house is clean, up to date and modern. The little sandbox was a nice addition for the kids and the additional living space in the garage was great for the family as well. A great neighborhood as well. We look forward to renting this house again soon. Thanks for the great stay!

Beautiful

Great Place in a Quiet Neighborhood

This was a nice place to stay for our beach holiday. The price was affordable and it was just a few minutes from the freeway and La Jolla Beach. It was also close to many other beaches and places in San Diego. We had 10 of us and there was plenty of room to relax when we were all there. The secluded back patio was nice. Not that it was a big deal, but it would have been nice to know there was an attached studio apartment when booking. We definitely would book this place again.

Clean and functional

Room details: 1) two twin beds in one room 2) bunk bed with pull-out bed in another room 3) queen in one room 4) queen bed in master + bathroom * Bathrooms contained toiletries and towels. * Washing machine + dryer in the house. * Only the shared areas have small trash bins * Fridge contains water filter * Coffee maker available Good place, very functional. Ideal location with minutes from UTC Mall, La Jolla, UCSD, and the beach. Minutes to 52, 805 and 5 highways.

Other Notes:
There is a studio unit attached to the house. The house and the studio has a shared wall. Other than that, the studio is completely separated from the house, no common areas.
