Check in directions was easy to follow. The house was absolutely comfortable and spacious. The balcony view was gorgeous. Very short walk to the beach! Close to everything we needed! Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful Condo!

Ariel Dunes I is our favorite place to stay and Unit 1507 did not disappoint! We loved the bright colors and decor. The unit was clean upon arrival. There were also two beach chairs and an umbrella that we didn’t realize were included. We had a great stay!

Nice stay and view

The unit and building was excellent. The view was wonderful. Let us check in 2 hours early. Confusion with gate guards and parking pass. Got a $25 ticket from HOA. Other than that, the stay was great.

Loved how close to the beach this condo was without being right on the beach, which allowed for more quiet. The only issue we had was that there was that the contact number provided for issues with the Roku operation was not up to date, but we figured it out on our own.

Ariel Dunes, After Dune Delight

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love, love Seascape, Ariel Dunes and especially Unit 1507. Great view of the Gulf, even from the kitchen sink! The area is very convenient to shopping at Silver Sands Mall and Destin Commons, to great restaurants, and many other places of interest. This condo is very clean, has a well equipped kitchen, and most importantly, is comfortable. Due to foggy damp weather, we spent more time in the condo than we normally would. We truly enjoyed being there. The owner’s have given attention to detail and the interior furnishings create a great beach escape.

Nice location and very clean, Horrible Host

We absolutely loved the condo! Beautiful decor, and very clean. I loved the laundry room area to Put all your sand beach stuff and not track it through the condo. We would stay here again the only thing I didn’t like was I emailed and messaged our host multiple times for things and never heard a answer thankfully they weren't emergency things. When I finally called the property office the lady who answered was kinda rude and acted like I was a inconvenience to her. Things could of sucked if there was a emergency. They also said we would have 6 bracelets for the pools and we only had 5 and they said if they were not all there you would be charged and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone to tell them we were missing one. Like I said though it’s a nice place and I would stay there again. Just hope they can communicate more I seen the post on Airbnb also and it’s a lady and she actually responds to people but the person or people that take care of the Vrbo post is not good. I would give the condo itself 5 stars the host a -2. Also took us a few days to understand but you are ok seascape properties so you have access to 5 pools the ones in front of the condo closes at 9pm the other 3 are open till 10. Wish the pools would be open a little later but that’s it and no hot tubs at all on property if your looking for one.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and it really was bright and beautiful! Nice view from the balcony however the sofa sleeper is TERRIBLE! Make sure to bring a blow up or some kind of thick mattress topper. I hate when they advertise sleeps 6 but you can’t use the pull out because of the mattress springs poking through.

My priority is always a clean room and this was very clean. The location was great, short walk to the beach. It fit our family of 6 perfect. Check in was easy.
