Check us out for 2026 - Great Rates - 3 Bed 2 Bath

AVAILABILITY: During busy rental season, our unit is set up online for SATURDAY to SATURDAY rentals. Contact us by email if you have other dates and we can override these settings and we do our best to accommodate your reservation!

CLEANING FEE: Payment of $165 is not included in rental fee. The Cleaning Fee is left at the condo (cash or check) for our cleaning staff when you check out.

* COMFORTABLE VACATION LOCATION *
Our 3 bedroom condominium is located at beautiful Seascape golf/tennis resort. The family-oriented Seascape Resort is located around 3 lakes, 5 pools, tennis courts, and an 18 hole golf course. Security gates are located at each entrance and guest passes are issued at the office. Located on the second floor, the condo's deck overlooks the 13th fairway. One of the property pools is nearby for a convenient swim. The condo has carpet in the living room and bedrooms and tile in the kitchen, hall and bathrooms. Computer Wi-Fi is provided by the complex. There is a king bed in the Master Bedroom and a Queen Bed in each of the other two bedrooms. Beautiful beaches are a walk away - some of the prettiest sugary white sand in the country! Set up your chairs and umbrella (rent or bring your own) near the Whale's Tail Restaurant located right on the beach - bathing suits welcome! A full-size coin operated washer and dryer are located in the breezeway just outside the condo's front door.

Relaxing week at the beach!

Lovely spot right near Miramar Beach. The home was exactly as advertised. Communication with Susan was prompt, courteous, and informative. We had a beautiful week at the beach and a cool, comfortable condo to get back to after a sunny, sandy day at the beach. I highly recommend.

Family Get Away

We really enjoyed our stay! This was one of the cleanest properties that we’ve stayed in, which is a huge bonus for us. They had everything we needed already there. We had a little beach time (silly storms) but used the pool frequently. Our oldest also enjoyed getting some time away from us and hitting the basketball court. Thanks for a great place to rent! We will be back.

Peaceful Getaway

The listing does not do this property enough justice. Perfect for my teenager and 7 year old who both enjoyed sitting on the patio watching golfers look for their lost balls. The pool is a two minute walk, and the beach is a 10 minute walk (or 3 min drive to park in the resort private parking). Susan was wonderful with communication and answered immediately when I called. The condo was perfect inside, plenty of room to spread out and a full kitchen to cook in as well. We are already looking for dates next year to return!

Awesome Family Friendly Condo!

We very much enjoyed our stay Memorial Day weekend. This well-appointed condo is only a 10 minute walk across a lovely boardwalk/lake to amazing white sand beaches. It is on the second floor and has plenty of room for five or six people with three bedrooms. Susan was a great host and communicated promptly for this last minute trip. Walk to restaurants, pools - and we never had to move our car very far. The beds were quite comfy too. Another perk is the fantastic deck overlooking the golf course. We had peaceful quiet mornings with coffee while waiting for sleepy kids to wake up. I highly recommend this property for your family vacation.

Very nice place

The condo was very beautiful and quite accommodating. Very short walk to the beach and close to a lot. They provided lots of towels and beach toys as well.

Big and Clean Condo

Very few condos we looked at had three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. This is a great value. The condo was very clean, which is the most important thing we look for in a place. It’s not updated, but it was comfortable. Kitchen has everything you should need to cook and serve food. No in-unit washer and dryer, they’re right out in the common area, bring a roll of quarters. It’s harder than you think to get someone to give you quarters. There’s a sign in the unit that says the office will give you change. But I went to two different offices and neither had change and one said they hadn’t given change in a few years. But it really wasn’t a hassle to use the machines out in the common area. We went during spring break, found out there’s only one heated pool. But the beach has very easy access. You can walk from unit to beach in about 10 minutes, but there’s also ample parking in the complex right across the street from the beach access if you want to save yourself the walk. Don’t rely on Google or Apple Maps to get you there. There are a few gates into the property, but only one for non-owners. You have to find the main gate with the guard. We had to call the owner, luckily she was very responsive and helpful guiding us in. She was also very responsive throughout the week if we needed her. Finally, bring your own pillows to sleep on. What are provided are very flimsy pillows. Advice I forget about everytime I stay at a property like this, your own pillows are always way better.

Great Condo

Great stay with just a few issues

The property is beautiful and well-maintained, the owner was responsive when needed, the beaches are beautiful and overall a wonderful stay!! A couple issues (not with the property or the owner, just to the area) 1) The entire area was SUPER crowded and always busy, there were always lines and traffic was horrible. My kids went to PCB for an afternoon and they said even those beaches were not as crowded. It was just more than I expected. 2) Google maps will take you to the side entrance of the resort and you can't get in on that side. When I arrived my phone died so it took some time to figure out how to get in. The main entrance is the one right past the tower that says "BEACH BAR". I'm not blaming anyone for losing my way, maybe I should have planned better, but it was difficult finding the entrance at night with the information that I already had. Despite those minor issues, which were basically my own fault for lack of foresight, I'm giving the stay five stars. It's been a long time since I had a vacation like this with all my kids, and we really enjoyed ourselves! Beautiful property, definitely recommend!

Great Family retreat

We had a wonderful week at the condo. Really enjoyed the peaceful location but just steps from the beach. This was our first time experiencing the area of 30A and will definitely be back!
