Winter pool! Step into this King suite that offers the best location in the complex and walks out to the plaza level where the pool is! Year Round! You will love the bright sunny and spacious beachy feel. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed (Brand new Sealy mattress) with private ensuite and access to the deck where you can walk out to the patio that leads to the pool. The living room can sleep one more adult or 2 children with a pullout Double Sofa Bed (*extra fees See Notes below)


You will love the location of this condo as you can explore Kelowna on foot, endless walking trails, biking trails and plenty to see and do!

This condo has everything you need to settle in and just enjoy your vacation. Free wifi and there is a tv in the master bedroom as well as a wide screen 46" tv in the living room.

Discovery Bay has it all! On this level you will find the pools, games room, sauna and gym. You will never be bored at Discovery Bay Resort.
There is a common barbecue by the pool on the same level. This can be used by our guests.



Location doesn't get much better than Sunset Drive! Walk to restaurants, pubs, theatre, casino, shops and more beaches and parks all within 15 minutes. At Discovery Bay you can park the car and enjoy downtown on foot.

Tugboat Beach is at your doorstep, an easy stroll around the building, over the walkway from the lagoon.

We have stocked the condo with 4 beach towels and 2 beach chairs as well as a few water toys to enjoy.

PULL OUT SOFA BED (only available for 3 or more booked guests including children of all ages). If you are a group of 2 and require the pull out, please let us know so we can have linen available for you. A one time linen fee of $35 is charged for bookings of only 2 guests (only if using the pull out) Sofa bed is brand new as of September 20/24

Parking for 1 vehicle, please note height restrictions are 6 feet 8 inches.
Paid street parking, free after 6pm, (at the time of writing) Free parking 2 blocks down.

Discovery Bay Resort is 100% non smoking.

Groups without children or non family groups must all be over age 24 to rent this condo.

This condo is limited to groups of 3 Adults. Or groups of 4 with children and includes infants. Please ensure all guests are calculated on the booking form.

PLEASE NOTE:

Only registered guests are allowed to use the pool.
If the pool is essential to your stay please check with us prior to booking as we cannot guarantee the pools will be open and we will not offer any refunds should it be closed during your stay. No refunds will be offered for inconveniences beyond our control. we are in a complex.

This is my principal home and I have pet allergies so please do not ask OR bring in ANY pets into my home. Extensive cleaning will be required for me to return home. Thank you for understanding and complying with this. One bedroom is locked off, other cabinets are locked off, please be respectful of off limit items.
