Start your vacation off with a refreshing Gulf breeze on the beachfront balcony directly off the tiled living room that features a flatscreen television, sofa with an ottoman and three armchairs.

The living area makes way to the fully equipped kitchen with all the accessories one needs for a carefree vacation. The adjacent dining area has a modern traditional dark-wood table (detailed wood grains add an extra flair) with seating for six.

A King-size bed awaits guests in the carpeted master bedroom with its private balcony facing Gulf State Park to the north. A flatscreen television and an ensuite master bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination add to the master amenities.

The carpeted second and third bedrooms each have a full-size bed and the guest bathroom has a bathtub and shower combination.

Additional convenience is available with a stacked washer and dryer in the condo.

Guests can top off a day at the beach by relaxing on the large corner balcony with four cushioned seats around a glass-topped table, which is perfect for a card games or meals with a stunning view.

Phoenix III features an outdoor pool, a kiddie pool, an indoor pool, a hot tub, a fitness center, outdoor tennis courts, racquetball courts, a sauna, and a grilling area.

The beachfront condo is located on Perdido Beach Boulevard, approximately 4.5 miles east of State Highway 59.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
