3 Bedroom Beach Front Condo at Romar Towers with Amazing Views on the 8th Floor!

When you step into this condo, the relaxation begins! This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo has everything you'll need! The views from the living room and master bedroom are fabulous! There is balcony access from both the living room and master bedroom. The living room has lots of seating and a 75" smart tv! (***There is no sofa sleeper***)The kitchen is fully stocked and updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. And there is plenty of seating in the dining area and at the kitchen bar! The dining table has a bench on one side, so you can fit all of the kiddos there! And, there is a dry bar for all of your "refreshments"!

The master bedroom has a king bed, entrance to gulf front balcony and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom hosts a queen bed and the third bedroom is perfect for the kids! In the third bedroom, there are two twin beds PLUS a set of double bunk beds! Lots of fun to be had in this room! There is a 2nd bathroom for those two guest rooms.

All of the previous positive reviews were correct. The view was excellent. The condo was in good shape, with everything that we needed for the week. Plenty of room for a family. And the weather was perfect! We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely property. We enjoyed the smaller building, it wasn’t crowded, no wait times for the elevator. We used the charcoal grill every night and it was a very short drive to get groceries or for our nightly ice cream outing. Highly recommend Bahama Buck’s for some unique shaved ice treats.I just really wish the lazy river/waterslide at the property next door closed earlier than 10pm. The screaming kids were so loud we had to sit inside every night and close all the doors instead of enjoying the spacious balcony and ocean sounds.

Condo was clean. Beds were comfortable. Lots of room for my family. Balcony view was perfect. The pool was never crowded. Location was great just steps from the beach. Would most certainly stay here again.

This condo fit our group of four adults and four children ages 5-10 perfectly. It was conveniently located, everything you needed was nearby. Beds/furniture was comfortable. Everything was clean upon arrival. We would book this place again.

Great location, great view, quick & easy access to the beach! Our specific condo was more open than I thought from looking at the pictures, which was wonderful! Plenty of space for 9 people - 7 adults and 2 kids. Beach toys & chairs in a closet to use, which was great! Full kitchen with plenty of pantry space, washer & dryer, GREAT a/c to keep cool, and trash shoot on our floor, which all made our stay easier & more enjoyable! The only cons about this condo building would be the hot elevator; you'd instantly start sweating, but it was always fast and even during busy times you didn't wait very long, and the noise level from the condo next door, which is loud water noise from their lazy river/slide & kids who yell a lot. Luckily, the noise from the neighboring condo shuts down by 9 or 10pm, so it wasn't bothersome too late! The actual rental we stayed in, the only cons would have been a few mold/mildew spots in the bathrooms (shower/tubs), and the need for some updates on the ceilings (not sure if it's mildew in the main bedroom or what, but there are some dark areas). But, we really enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room to spread out in the condo. We loved sitting on the balcony, we had plenty of room around the dining room table, and in the living room, and we could even enjoy a great view of the ocean/beach from inside the condo! I will also add that we had great, quick communication from the property manager. This was huge while planning, and even while we were there!

Beach access great, plenty seating inside & on balcony. Kitchen etc stocked well. Sleeping arrangement was excellent. Private pool not crowded & nice grilling area with gazebo. Easy access to Rental chairs & umbrellas along the beach. Not walking distance to restaurants or shopping but close. Entrance to condo immediately thru traffic light & hard to maneuver if a car is in the turn lane. Also easy to miss. Enjoyed our stay.

Great Condo for a big family

The property was wonderful the parking was easy to find a space. Elevator was very fast never had to wait. The room was big and spacious for a big family. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect stay

This is the second year in a row we stayed here. We love the fact there are only 36 condos. The beach in front as well as the pool are never ‘over crowded’. The location is great as grocery stores as well as restaurants and shopping are all within 5-10mins.

very clean condo, but 4 stars because of lobby and elevator

loved the condo itself—whoever cleaned it did an excellent job! However, the property's lobby was dirty, and the elevator smelled like a mix of human urine, fish, and dirty socks. It was really bad! The building management should consider hiring the same cleaning company that maintains the condo to take care of the lobby and elevator as well.

Family from North

Had family come in from the North we stayed 6 days, very relaxing, lay by the pool or hang on the beach. Very close to attractions and Plenty of places to eat, i will stay again

Ok Place!

Nice view of the ocean! Very outdated! No security as advertised! There were people parking and using the pool that didn’t stay there, also can’t see out the peephole and there were no lights outside or in the pool for 2 days. The cooking pots and pans were not the best. We will most likely be looking elsewhere for our next visit.

We enjoyed this condo. It is one of the older condos but it was really nice and very convenient to everything. Also loved that we were footsteps from the beach! Would stay here again!

The property was nice. There was no line for elevator. The balcony was shaded the entire time so we could use it 24/7. Close beach access. Clean pool. Plenty of towels. Good size kitchen. Everything was working as should be. Easy check in. Keyless entry. Would stay again.

Excellent view and location! Inviting space!

My family just returned from a wonderful time at this condo. Beautiful view, excellent location in Orange Beach. Very inviting space perfect for the 2 adults and 5 kids that stayed here. We had an excellent vacation. Highly recommend!

Pros- check in was easy, great access to the beach, pool was clean, views to beach were amazing. Cons- the room was not cleaned at all, I found a pair of crusty contacts on the floor in the master bathroom, neither exhaust fans worked in the two bathrooms, the knob to the shower was broke in the hallway bathroom so after my son got in it he couldn’t turn it off and the water got super hot (the knob just spun when you tried) ceilings had parts missing where the texture of it fell off in multiple spots, the bathroom had orange mold, hair dryer was broken, ceiling fan in living room was broken, patches on the wall were left and not painted, old food pieces were under the furniture, tile was chipped in huge chunks. I did contact management and was told they could send housekeeping out but at that point we were checked in and trying to sanitize things ourselves (I did send pictures of all this to management) we just wanted to have our vacation without interruptions. Maintenance did come and fix one exhaust fan and the ceiling fan. He was super nice but it took about 4 hours out of our trip between 2 days. We were given a plastic sand bucket, drink holders (we left in the room) a package of gold fish and Swedish fish for ALL the issues. I question what had actually been cleaned by housekeeping and how much care is put into the guest that stay. I have never had so many issues in one week. We had 2 families staying and I found this resort It was embarrassing honestly.
