Pine Tree Lodge is a spacious three-story log home, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 36 guests in style and comfort. With eight bedroomsā€”each featuring its own private bathroomā€”this lodge is perfect for large groups, whether you're visiting for a sports tournament at nearby Rocky Top Sports World, hosting a family reunion, or planning a retreat for your church group.

Each of the eight bedrooms is equipped with a flat-panel TV and direct access to one of the lodgeā€™s three expansive covered decks, allowing you to enjoy the stunning surroundings. The top floor features four bedrooms: two with king-size beds, and two that can sleep up to eight guests in queen-size bunk beds, perfect for large families or groups of friends.

The main floor hosts the primary bedroom, complete with a king-size bed, a cozy fireplace, and a queen-size sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping space. This level also offers two inviting living rooms, both with comfortable seating and flat-screen TVs, and a dining area that can easily accommodate your entire group. The fully equipped kitchen is designed to cater to large gatherings, featuring two refrigerators, two ovens, two microwaves, and two dishwashers.

The lower level is where the fun begins. The game room includes a pool table, basketball game, and Golden Tee golf arcade. Youā€™ll also find a home theater with cinema-style seats and a 110ā€ projection screenā€”ideal for movie nights or watching the big game. The game roomā€™s wet bar ensures refreshments are always close by.

we had a great stay at Pine Tree lodge. Internet is not the best and parking is limited but any questions or concerns we had was addressed immediately and everything possible was done to make our stay the best. I highly recommend the lodge for your large group. we host a family dinner for 42 and had plenty sitting and table space for them all.

For the most part we had everything we needed. There were a few things we had to clean when we first arrived but it wasnā€™t crazy. The only improvement I can think of is knowing where to put the trash once the cans available are full.

We have stayed at this property two consecutive years for our senior class trip. Location is great to both downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The lodge was clean and as described. We will stay here again.

This is our second year in a row staying with our with travel ball family. I wish we could say our stay was great but it wasnā€™t. We were without A/C in the upstairs for over 24 hours. We notified the property manager within 30 minutes of checking in and the problem was not fixed until late Friday evening (we checked in on a Thursday). It is in the dead of summer and the majority of the beds are in the upstairs and thermostat was reading 84 degrees. It was very hot and miserable. Iā€™d verify that everything is functioning before renting.

Not a good experience with Pine Tree Lodge

We did not have a good experience staying at Pine Tree Lodge. There were some concerns with cleanliness of the place including ripped sofa in living room and basketball hoop in basement was broken with a sharp edge sticking out that hurt my son. Toilet papers werenā€™t there in all bathrooms. Biggest issue we had was with air conditioning on second floor not working starting day 2. Most of us slept on the first floor since it was too hot to sleep on second floor. Above all, there was no way for us to contact the property manager.

Everything was as it was advertised. We received information in a timely manner. The rules were reasonable. The rooms with two sets of bunks (queen size) were perfect for all of our teen girls. Overall, we had a really good experience.

Spacious cabin in Gatlinburg

Our youth group rented this cabin for a Monday-Friday trip. The bedrooms are spacious and the upstairs rooms with 2 queen size bunk beds in each room was great! We cooked almost every meal on site and the kitchen was suitable for this. The only thing we had to do was buy our own ice as the two ice machines in the refrigerators couldn't keep up with the demand for 33 people. It's about a 30 minute drive to Pigeon Forge which isn't too bad of a drive. If you're a large group, you'll enjoy this cabin.

Need Attention

House was beautiful but the cleaniness wasnā€™t so good, several of my family members got rashes and what appeared to be bed bug bites from bedding which made the stay very uncomfortable. We were literally ready to leave at that point. Staff was attentive to our concerns but the damage was already done. Would not stay at this place again

October 2023 vacation

The property was very clean. We enjoyed the size of the house because we have a large family. We were disappointed that one of the hot tubs did not work. Also one of the refrigerators was not as cold as it should be. One of the toasters did not work properly and the showers for 2 of the upstairs bathrooms did not have hot water. We still had a good vacation and enjoyed the property.

My family and I loved our stay at the Pine Tree Lodge! It was a very nice cabin. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because one of the bathrooms tub needs to be fixed it has a patch in the tub. Mattress in master room is thin and uncomfortable and housekeeping need to do more than the bare minimum need to dust and clean toilets more efficiently. Wish we had a better view of mountains but it does say wooded view so oh well. Other than that cabin was just like pictures and we loved how spacious it was. Would definitely come back again to stay!

Review of Cabin at 809 Spirit Loop Way

Very Misleading information promoting the cabin. The Hot Tubs were broken. One hot tub in particular would not heat up even with attempts for over 24 hours. The stair railing very unsafe in the basement, as the railing along the stairs is very loose. Light bulbs missing from lamps.

The house was very roomy, but there were several things that were broken or dysfunctional. We read the reviews before we went, and we should have followed up with owners to see if they were fixed because they were NOT! 3 of the tvs didn't work, including the DVR on the theatre set. A bar stool fell apart when sit in, the bed frames in 2 of the rooms about fell down because they weren't even attached, pool sticks had no tips, golden tee had a button that didn't work, basketball game score didn't work, pan and knife handles fell off, no gas grill, and many other items, but to many to name. The owners must not have visited their property in a long time. I can't imagine them seeing the shape it is in. Lots of trash off the back decks made for a bad view also.

The pictures are some what misleading iā€™m sure they should be updated. Believe the reviews about a lot of broken items! The code didnā€™t work to enter the property, The wifi was horrible I had to go outside to make phone calls and messages, One refrigerator was broken, Hot tub, Stool, Ac on the first floor, The movie projector in the theatre. Iā€™ve contacted the property manager before arriving requesting for maintenance to be up to par and that didnā€™t happen. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! EVen after coming out to fix the projector to have movie night it still wasnā€™t working. Everything is outdated and the owner needs to have the decency to care about the property. I can say the cleanliness was done properly but thatā€™s the most I can say that was a positive experience.

Disappointed

To start with we had to wait outside for 1 hr after our check in time because they were not done cleaning. Next we rented this particular property because it had a theater which was to be used in our agenda. The theater projector never worked. Was told they would get the tech guys out but they never came. The DVD upstairs would not open. A vent with filter kept falling open from the ceiling in the living room. The upstairs baths (4) only 1 had hot water. I called the first night with no response so I called again the next morning. Finally someone came. They put the filter cover and filter back in but it fell down again before our stay was over. They promised to get the tech company out for the projection issue but they never came. They taped down some rugs that were a fall issue but not all of them. They worked on the hot water upstairs and said they would return later to check on it which they never came back, also still no hot water. They did manage to get a loaner DVD player for the upstairs. Upon checking out I informed the company of the issues again. They told they would send a message to their compensation department and they would get back with me by the end of the week. Still no response. Worst experience I have ever had.
