We brought all our adult children and their significant others and our only grandchild and this place was perfect! Very roomy and lots to do. The pool area was perfect for lots of laughs and fun! We used every inch of the house and the out door front porch sitting! We would definitely come and stay here again!

From the beginning to the end it was perfect. The house is gorgeous with all the amenities you need. Perfect for a family reunion with plenty of space. The pool and hot tub were a perfect place to end the day of TN adventures.

Beautiful place close to everything! We especially loved the amount of space for our large group. It checked all the boxes for our needs. If we had one suggestion for improvement it would only be a better stocked kitchen to better accommodate cooking a simple meal for a group. But beds were comfy, house was clean, and we had plenty of room to spread out. We would return and definitely recommend staying at The Davis!

Perfect for company retreat

Samuel was an excellent, communicative host and could not have been more helpful and friendly. My team stayed here for a team building trip and was super impressed with how nice this place is. It was very clean and there is plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Very pleased with this rental!

Awesome House

We stayed here with our family of five and a large group of friends. Everyone had their own space which was amazing. The game room was the perfect space for us to hang out and my kids loved the hot tub. Having a restaurant next door was perfect after leaving hungry from a day of fun at Dollywood. Just overall an excellent place to stay and we will be back!

Perfection

This home was perfect for our sibling & spouses vacation. We had a member of the family in a mobility chair & it was easy access for him in & out & to the restaurant next door. Very convenient! Owner was easy to communicate with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay !!

We had a wonderful stay at the Davis. The house is big and everyone had plenty of space to spread out. We really enjoyed the location. Downtown Sevierville has some of our favorite restaurants in the area so to be able to walk to all of them was a plus. Even though Pinchy’s is connected to the house the noise isn’t too bad. We stayed New Years Eve so the people in the downstairs bedroom with adjoining wall did have a band concert all night but we expected it to be loud. Other than that night there was no issue at all. Occasion banging but nothing that disturbed us. The host are quick to answer any questions. We would stay here again for sure.

Super Stay

The location, furnishings, decor, and great communication from our host made our stay here terrific. We had 15 guests and everyone was very pleased with the beds and bathrooms. Everything in the house looked like a brand new renovation that was very well done and decorated. The furniture and finishes for every room were new and beautifully upscale. You can’t go wrong with this great place.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed staying at The Davis. The proximity to Dollywood and the Convention Center, the walking trail along the river, and local restaurants made this the ideal location for our needs.The kitchen had all the basics and plenty of flatware, coffee cups and wine glasses. We loved the open, large gathering spaces and the rocking chair front porch! Pinchy's is right next door but we had no problem with noise inside the home. Bring extra TP and trashbags. Parking was not a problem in the designated spaces and on the street.A quick rundown of the layout of the house as of April 2026:Downstairs: kitchen, large living space. First Bedroom (2 queens) with ensuite bathroom that also opens to kitchen area. Second (king) and third (2 single bunks) bedroom share (Jack/Jill) a handicap accessible bath that has 2 sinks. The sinks are automatic and the shower area is much like a European/locker room shower area that drains to a central area without shower curtain or a demarcated area.Upstairs: 1st Bedroom (2 single over double bunks) with private ensuite, 2nd bedroom with King and private ensuite. Then 3rd (king) and 4th (2 queens) bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with 2 sinks. And 5th (king) and 6th (2 queens) bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with 2 sinks.

We loved the location and The Davis House was clean, spacious and beautiful. **Not the best stay** Unfortunately we did not have hot water 6 out of 7 days. Hosts would not approve the plumbers offer for temporary repairs for hot water heater so we was not able to take any hot showers. First couple of days we were told the water heater needed recovery time. They said, not everyone could take a hot shower at the same time instead of sending out a plumber immediately. Offered a 30% discount for inconvenience but that discount was only applied to part of the costs, they did not apply discount to the total purchase. When I questioned why they did not give the discount for the total amount I did not get a reply. The only other issue would be the Hosts asks that the A/C not to be set below 70 due to it might freeze up and if it did, guests would pay for repairs. We honored their rule but it was very hot upstairs for sleeping. Hosts asked us to leave a 5 Star review or no review at all but I did not think that was fair to ask because we felt the repairs could have been more timely to have the simple necessity of hot water but I did not hurt their 5 Star rating. I am sure they have the hot water heater now repaired which will make future guests stay wonderful but I believe our stay could have been handled better. Future guests will love the location, wonderful downtown area for walking and eating. The house was convenient with 6 of 9 bedrooms having Jack and Jill's for the kids.

The house was fabulous! Everything was clean and the house had plenty of room. We had a wonderful week.Pinchey’s next door has great food. We stopped in for lunch twice!

We had a fantastic family reunion and the location was perfect. The house has been remodeled and had a great story behind it! There was plenty of space for everyone and we particularly loved spending the evenings out of the large front porch, rocking the rocking chairs. We made lots of wonderful memories together. The host was attentive, easy to work with, and quick to respond. The air conditioning worked great and the house was relatively clean upon arrival except for dirty rugs which could use deep cleaning, especially the one under the kitchen table. The pool was not cleaned upon our arrival and had paper and debris resting at the bottom of it. According to the information given, it was supposed to be cleaned twice during the week. At the first of the week we contacted the host who tried to get a hold of the cleaning company to come clean it. They finally came on Friday, so we were able to use the pool for one night only, which was a bit disappointing to not be able to use it all week. Other than some cleanliness issues, it was a great week and we enjoyed our stay.

This is a beautiful home that worked great for our 13U AAU boys basketball team. We traveled here from Virginia (8hrs) away. This was very convenient to the stores. We are definitely pleased.
