Praia Privada no Lago - Cinco (5) Quartos/ Quatro (4) Banheiros

A great group of people, very respectful and responsive. Love to have them return.

20+ years and 100’s of guests later, we have only had 5-star ratings from guests. We maintain our appliances, property and recreational equipment. Recently we purchased all new mattresses. We are fastidious housekeepers. We have a fire pit, and we provide unlimited free firewood. The suites face southwest towards Camel’s Hump Mountain, and have an abundance of natural light, with 12 large windows and two 100% clear glass doors. We maintain a pristine 6-person hot tub. Two decks totaling about 1000sf of covered deck provide all-weather outdoor spaces for gatherings and cookouts. We have the only private waterfront property for 20 miles, and we provide several boats for guest use, including lifesaving equipment. Our beautiful beach has horseshoe pits, a bonfire pit, and a volleyball court. We have great sledding hills; check us out on You Tube. Type in Blue Heron Cove, and look for the sledding video posted by one of our guests a few weeks ago. There is another video of our property right there on You-Tube. Ours is a truly unique property that we enjoy sharing. We describe it as: Blue Heron Cove Retreat 30 acres of Water, Woods, Wild-life & Wonder Surrounded by Reality We regret that this family never raised concerns to us, because we would have accommodated them, perhaps even have helped them find another place. We are very easy folks, and we work diligently to make all guests feel at home. The hundreds of comments in our guest logbooks tell the story. We have never had bad comments, and we have a lot of return bookings Unfortunately, the family had very poor skiing weather, and they had to deal with Vermont’s famous “mud season” -- reported to be the worst in decades – enough to make anyone feel down. Muddy back roads claimed many cars, as well as tow trucks coming to help them. But Mother Nature is not something we can control. The children expressed that they loved the property, and were very happy. The group left our place very clean, and we would have enjoyed hosting them as one of our return guests. We wish them well.
