Very expansive four bedroom condo with three bathrooms. Plenty of room for seven people. Direct beachfront with two pools. Close to all restaurants and entertainment in North Myrtle Beach.

Great experience

Property lobby was under renovation which was frustrating that would be going on at summer time. No reflection on VRBO. The condo was a very nice place. We added a night with no problems. Great place for large family of 9 or 10.

The Condo is beautiful , very clean,and had tons of stuff to make you feel right at home. The pool could be cleaner, and rules of no toys for kids and closing at 9pm was a bit of a disappointment. The People in the Lobby are very pushy with the luggage carts.. they give you 30 minutes, and we had to make two trips.. needless to say the Man told our Family " you are getting close to 30 minutes " we had a beautiful week ,and made lots of memories, but wont stay at the Margate again.

September at Margate

My husband and I made a last minute plan to relax at the beach in September this year. We have stayed at the Margate once before in a similar unit. We had hopes that several of our children and grandchildren would share part to the trip with us. This did not work out this time. The unit was very spacious, clean and quiet. The location, close to the outlets and other shopping areas, close to many restaurants, etc. was much appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed the week!

Relaxing vacation

The rental was a beautiful place in a beautiful development. Had a few problems with refrigerator and plumbing but was quickly resolved when I brought it to managements attention. What would really make it would be a pool bar or something similar. One major A+ moment was when I left behind a piece of jewelry and they looked into it,found it and sent it back to me. I live 10 hours away so that was customer satisfaction at its best. I definitely will go back.

Accommodates a big group of people with all amenities. Had a huge balcony porch. Nice pools downstairs and immediate access to the beach. The Apache pier is right in walking distance as well.

Beware the pictures of sleeping arrangements are wrong!

The condo and location overall are great. The problem is that what was advertised and shown in the pictures is outdated. The bunk beds are broken (no top bed) and the sleeper sofa was replaced with a couch that doesnā€™t have a sleeper sofa. We called the property management company and they told us to use the air mattress in the closet. If I wanted to sleep guests on an air mattress, I would have booked a less expensive property. They never notified us and claimed they didnā€™t need to because it sleeps 10 and we told them we had 8. They ASSUMED they knew our sleeping arrangements and didnā€™t need to tell us. We asked if there was anything they could do to help. Their solution was to bring us some sofa bed linens we couldnā€™t use. Huh? The view is also misleading. It overlooks the trailer park next door. If you stand on the far end of the balcony, we can see some ocean. But itā€™s not a balcony you will really use. Itā€™s too bad the owner is using this property management company - they are not doing what is in their best interest. My best experiences have been when I work with owners directly. Prista Property Management needs a lesson or two in customer care.

It was a wonderful gateway....1st time for most of us and we loved it.

Excellent property.... just have to be mindful with kids.....we got a noise complaint and it wasn't fun asking the kiddos to tone it down
