Reservations for this property have to be in full week intervals Sat-Sat check in /out. During peak season Jan-April we do not accept any reservation with children of any age.

Enjoy watching nature from your enclosed terrace which gives you the option of sliding open the doors for refreshing bay breezes or keep it closed for the cool A/C as you watch the wildlife like Dolphins, Manatees, pelicans and many more right from the terrace.
Just a 3-4 minute drive to some of the best beaches in Florida or stay home and enjoy the beautiful heated pool with amazing bay views.
Time to explore the area? Take advantage of the many restaurants on the Key or take a short drive to St. Armand's Circle for amazing boutique shops and restaurants or Bridge Street for a laid back Key West feel with its waterfront restaurants and bars. In the mood for a little city vibe? Take a ride over the bridge into Downtown Sarasota for a foreign film or a play, enjoy some of the best restaurants on the West Coast. In the mood for Museums? Don't miss the spectacular Ringling Museum or maybe in the mood for a Botanical Garden be sure to visit Selby Gardens. We fell in love with the screened lanai.... Never even used the main living space as this outdoor space was exactly what we were hoping for! Beautiful condo, great location, some of the cutest decorating tidbits I have seen and very comfortable. Even had a up close encounter with several Manatee down at the dock!!! The privacy of this location was idealic!!!

This is our 3rd or 4th year coming to this property. And each year we stay longer and longer. We absolutely love it. The property manager, Nikki, is wonderful. The condo is clean. The layout is wonderful. The decor is extremely beautiful. We live there is an enclosed sundeck as well as a small outdoor space as well. We eat each meal in the sun deck and every morning drink our coffee watching the beautiful boats and birds. It feels like home away from home.

This was our second stay at this rental. The property is stunning. The condo is very nicely decorated and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and easy and Nikki is friendly and responsive to my questions. We love Longboat Key and want to return.

Lovely stay

We’ve stayed here about 5 yrs ago and loved it. The condo is decorated beautifully. Kitchen is well stocked (suggestion needs hot pads) . Place was clean, however after 5 yrs maybe a carpet change in the bedrooms to tile like the rest of the house because they were showing wear and dirt that’s impossible to get out. They did have workmen in a couple days we weren’t expecting because they were doing plumbing work in the condo above us and needed access to the pipes from our bathroom. Could have cleaned up better the first day, second day, no problem. It’s nice to watch boats go by, even saw dolphins one day and a manatee! Pool is big, not crowded that overlooks a small marina. It needed cleaning. Had some black algae spots. But didn’t keep us from swimming. Never saw a pool cleaner the whole week. Overall a very nice place and a relaxing vacation.

Great spot!

Excellent property (on the Bay) with everything needed for a very nice LBK stay. Quiet. Easy to relax but close to a lot of activity and several very good restaurants.

It’s all about the view!

Spectacular view of Sarasota Bay from living area and bedroom! Condo is updated and nicely decorated. Large TVs and a great mattress. Great location as well. Everything you need and more!

Beautiful Condo on LBK

This unit is outstanding. It has everything you could possibly need. It’s roomy, immaculate, and was very quiet during our stay. We slept well on the comfy beds, had chairs for the beach, beach towels for the pool, and excellent communication with the manager throughout our stay. The hot tub wasn’t working, the pool was really cold and is shaded during the warmest part of the day, but everything else was absolutely perfect. We were thankful for the elevator, so no stairs to traverse. The weather couldn’t have been better. Not a drop of rain, sunny skies, and warm temps but not warm enough to make you sweat as the breeze was gentle and very refreshing. Highly recommend this unit and VRBO.

Beautiful Location

We had a fantastic time, so relaxing!!! Accommodation was superb, great selection of beach equipment. Great views across the bay, we had the pool virtually to ourselves the whole week.

Absolutely beautiful, secluded, relaxing place

This is our second time staying here - this year for two weeks. We will most definitely be back. We feel so at home here. The decorations, the layout, the sun deck, just all of it is amazing. Easy check in, easy communication, easy check out - it all is a smooth transaction. Five plus stars

This Property Never Disappoints

As soon as you step into this property you can relax and start to unwind. The property is clean, well cared for and has excellent facilities, decorated with special touches you would not usually expect from a rental. The location is superb with easy access to the beaches, resturants and attractions of Longboat Key and the other barrier islands. There is lots to do in the area but the view from the lanai watching the wildlife and time spent by the pool are our favourites. We are returning visitors and always feel in very safe hands with Nikki the property manager who communicates with you every step of the way. We would highly recommend this property and will hopefully be returning ourselves very soon!

Picture window views to boats on the bay

We stayed there for 2 fabulous weeks in the Spring of 2024. The unit was well outfitted with everything you could need. The pool is nicely heated and the hot tub is not painful to get in. Especially loved seeing the family of eagles everyday. We played tennis, pickelball, spent time at the pool, beach, kayaking, biking, boating, etc. The area restaurants and shopping were great too👏👏

Great time with sisters here!

Nikki’s condo is beautiful! We really enjoyed everything there! Saw 2 eagles in tree on property, swimming pool & hot tub were wonderful to use at end of the day. Coquina Beach is short drive away. Would definitely love to come back & escape WI winters! Thank you!

We have never visited Longboat Key prior to this year…we loved it. The weather was terrible while we were there but that didn’t prevent us from enjoying our stay. Sarasota is awesome! The condo was clean, well kept and comfortable. Beds were nice, showers great and kitchen well appointed. Property manager helped a lot. Great stay!

Lovely way to spend New Years

Lovely condo and Nikki will bend over backwards to make your stay complete. We were in the area for New Years and it was so festive. The lights at UTC are a must and the boats on the bay decorated for the holiday were so fun. Harbor Villa is our speed. It is laid back and very quiet. A lot of older people enjoying a slower pace. Perfection!

2nd Booking

My sister and I stayed here last year and absolutely loved it so we rebooked it. We invited our aunt and cousin to join us. We had a fantastic week. The weather was a little uncooperative, but we made the best of it. Shopping at Saint Armand Circle was nice. Bridge Street up at Bradenton Beach was a fun day. The beaches are always fantastic. Sc what is she doing? Walking around? Walking around shelling was amazing. My cousin discovered that she’s an outdoors girl after all! She just has to be in the right place. Thanks again to Nikki for the ease with which she handled our reservation. She’s great to work with. Linda, Debi, Esther, and Dana

2023 annual business meeting

First, the on-line processing and follow up communications with Nikki went smoothly, and Nikki took this beyond a business transaction to a personable interface. She led us through each step of the process with clear guidance and instructions. Second, the property was exactly as described and had creative features and new furniture…. very inviting for an immediate settling in. Third, it was perfectly situated and with the right environment to review and to strategize our vision and plans for our business in a relaxing location. In conclusion we can truly recommend both Nikki for her “on top of it “ professionalism, and for this particular unit with its unique features.

A little piece of paradise!

Spectacular views all day, every day including awesome sunrises every morning! Quiet & peaceful… tucked away yet close to the beach, many great restaurants and St. Armand’s Circle. Updated kitchen & baths. Nikki was a great communicator from booking, arrival to departure. Always on top of our every need. Thanks for a week of great memories!
