Breathtaking Beach Front Property Ground Floor Condo

Granite and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The living room’s sliding patio door provides first floor access (no stairs) to the beach, heated pool, and a courtyard with shuffle board and outdoor grills.

This fully equipped condo comfortably accommodates six people with: master bedroom (king) & bathroom with a flat screen TV; 2nd bedroom with two twin beds (can slide together to form a king); second full bathroom; den with queen size pull out sofa bed, loveseat and flat screen SMART TV; dining room for 6 people, large patio adjacent to the pool; and a full kitchen that includes all items necessary for cooking.

Additional amenities include free Netflix in the den and living room, a Blue Ray player, an in-unit washer and dryer, unlimited local and long distance calling. In unit full size wash machine and dryer, beach umbrellas and water toys.

Condo’s location provides an easy day-trip to Tampa Busch Gardens, Orlando & Disney Attractions

The location os great and the unit was comfortable and well equipped. We had some issues like the dishwasher wasn’t working and didn’t get fixed before we left. The management office staff was helpful. We played tennis and went to the beach. Great restaurants in the area. Beautiful beach and sunset!

We had a lovely stay at the Sand Cay. The beach access is great, the salt water pool was amazing, the grounds are very well kept! The location is close to shopping and dining. However, the room could have been cleaner. We had roaches and tiny bugs in the kitchen. The ceiling fans in each room were very dusty. The furniture was EXTREMELY uncomfortable!!

Property is well kept and clean. Great location on the beach and plenty of beach chairs available. We had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive. We had a small problem with the dishwasher and they sent someone out to fix it right away. Furniture in the unit was a bit worn out, but overall had everything we needed for a short stay. We will be back!

Excellent location. Pool wasn’t very clean. Friendly staff. Some deferred maintenance in the unit. Leaking hall bath sink. Our master toilet was broken and although we notified the front desk it was never repaired while we were there the week. Fully equipped with all you need to cook and plenty to take to the pool and beach.

Great location

We stayed in June and had a great short visit. Late night check in was easy. The beds were really comfortable. Room temps comfortable in all the rooms. The kitchen has a ton of appliances and things to cook. There were ample towels for beach and baths. Loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. The unit has a lot of beach toys, fishing rods, coolers, boogie board, some kids life vests, etc. There are 2 umbrellas. One is meant for the beach and one the patio but if you ask the front desk they have an adapter so you can use the patio one at the beach too. There are a ton of free chairs to use at the beach which was awesome. Beach is clean and beautiful. We did not use the courts or pool, but they looked nice as well. Can't think of anything negative to say. As a suggestion, it would be awesome to have some folded luggage racks in the closets to avoid having all the suitcases on the floors in the rooms. But, that would just be a bonus. Communication was great and I sent a lot of questions. We were in town for a family wedding at another venue and had a great visit. Thanks!

Sand Cay is delightful! Been staying there for years. Our room was exactly as described. Clean comfortable and well stocked. Easy access to pool beach parking etc. loved it!

Family vacation

We tried out longboat for the first time and this place is amazing for family’s. Toys and pool floats for everyone to use. Our place had everything we needed. Perfect location right next to the pool and my kids loved going out in the morning and walking in the grass. Will be back!

Great family spot

Condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Steps to the pool and a short walk to the beach. The grounds were well kept. Bonus to have lounge chairs at the beach! It was perfect for our family of 4.

A little slice of heaven…

The property was beautiful. Our condo was right by the pool, which was super convenient, especially with an 11 month old, and it was still very quiet. You’re steps away from the beautiful beach, and the fact that they provide chairs and umbrellas was amazing! We had such a great time.

Quite and clean

It's a great location and very clean. It's surprisingly quiet being so close to the pool. We did have an issue with the air conditioning, but it was fixed first thing the next morning. We'll be coming back next year.

Great property

My family and I stayed here in February 2025. This is a fantastic unit! First of all not only is the unit very clean, the entire property is very clean. The heated salt water pool is 5 steps from the patio and the ocean/beach is about 100 steps away. The unit is furnished very nicely including all kitchen stuff. Having a washer/dryer is a huge perk especially with kids. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely come back in the future. The owner is very responsive and answered all my questions prior to our arrival. Can’t say enough good things about this listing.

Sibling trip

The condo was perfect for a long weekend visiting my aunt on Longboat Key. The place was as expected, clean, kitchen supplied with necessary items, a deck just off the pool. Great staff with easy check in and out. I will stay here again

Beautiful condo with everything you need.

Since I was a little boy it has always been a dream of mine to live on Longboat Key. However, that dream is down the road as I am currently focusing on working and raising my two beautiful daughters on the shores of Lake Michigan in Holland, MI.

My parents brought me to the island when I was a little boy and it has been a part of my life ever since. In 2007, I purchased the condo from a family member so that it may remain in our family. As a father of 2 daughters, I rejoiced at teaching my girls to swim in the same waters where I learned to swim. I have relived my childhood playing with them on the beach, hunting for sea shells, and watching for manatees and dolphins. I look forward to repeating the cycle someday with grandchildren. I return to Longboat Key every chance I get and I would like to share this very special place with you!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This property is a dream come true for families and couples. An incredibly safe island full of wonderful attractions. My ground floor unit provides very easy access to the Gulf of Mexico and the pool. The ground floor is a must when traveling with children for easy transportation of kids, toys, towels, etc. Save lots of money by utilizing the full kitchen to make breakfast and lunch, or utilize the large built-in brick grills outside. But don't forget to treat yourself and family to a couple of nights out at the legendary St. Armand's Circle.
