If you’re looking for a place to getaway, kickback, relax, & just minutes from Lake Texoma you have found it. This Lake Texoma property is nestled in the desired area of Washita Point and is only a 3 minute drive to the beach and less than 5 minute drive to Alberta Creek Marina. This spacious & quiet property backs up to over 1400 acres of wooded Corps. of Engineer land, making it feel like a cabin in the woods with the convenience of being minutes from the water. Don’t be surprised if you see deer and turkey, off the BRAND NEW back deck, as they are frequent visitors.

Our property sits on 1 acre and consists of a 3 bedroom 2 bath Solitaire Manufactured Cabin, with an additional 1 bedroom 1 bath detached Barndominium with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The main cabin can comfortably sleep 6 while the barndominium sleeps and additional 4. Everything you need for a Great lake getaway is included: wireless high-speed internet, TV, smoker, grill, fire-pit and more. Plenty of space for playing horseshoes, corn hole, or any other game of your choice. Looking for a boat rental??? Alberta Creek Marina has you covered with a great selection of Tri-toons and jet ski’s available for rent. If you’re looking for a place to relax or a fun lake weekend with the family, our Lake Texoma property is the place for you.

This property comes fully stocked with dishes, drink ware, cookware, towels, bedding & trash dumpster on site.

The rental of the property includes the standard $150 cleaning fee & it is our policy not to allow pets.

Great place by Lake Texoma that has privacy and all the amenities of home. Laundry was great and allowed us to return home with clean clothes. Host was very good with communication and answering questions. Parking was easy and even though we didn't use it, nice to have extra space in the remote room next to garage. House was fully stocked with things needed. AC worked well. Beds were very comfy. Always good to have 2 bathrooms!!

Great owner great place to stay

Group of 4 stayed here for a guided fishing trip out of Alberta Creek. Only a mile and half from the marina. We have stayed at Alberta Creek in the past and wanted to try something new. This place was perfect. This place has everything! The home is Very well stocked! Beds were comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

Grand Camp

We had a wonderful time with our 8 grandchildren! The “ apartment “ by the garage was perfect for the older kids and there were comfortable beds/pillows for the rest of us. We did lots of cooking, crafts, games ( indoors and out) and playing. We had campfires and it was great to have a washer and dryer when we were done fishing and swimming!! The owners were very pleasant and helpful with ideas!!

Owners extremely pleasant to work with a cooperative on arrival and scheduling. Property was very clean and stocked with all needed supplies including things like trash bags. AC worked very well, beds comfortable. Patio very nice including quality grill.

Neat Place close to the lake, with plenty of room for everyone.

Nice large back patio to hang out / cook out. Only about a mile to Washita Point, but we launched our boat at Alberta Creek Marina (about 2-3 miles) if your into fishing or boating. Communication with the owners was a great, and would recommend this place. Clean and roomy!

The house was a little dated but very clean and plenty of room. It was perfect for my family of five. It's time for the pots and pans to get replaced but there was plenty of them. The beds were very comfortable! We will be coming back, much better than the trailers at the marina.

Great getaway to relax and great fishing.

The property was beautiful, quiet, clean and a great getaway. The property owners are great and responds back with any questions you may have. If you're looking for a spot to swim and fishing the washita point is about 3-5 minutes away making it great place to cool off on those hot days, with a clean sandy beach. If your looking to do some striper fishing, the Alberta Creek Marina is only 8-10 minutes away and where you meet up with your fishing guide. Definitely will be back and would visit the this lovely home again. Thank you David for opening up your lovely home to us.

Great place

David’s place was a wonderful place to stay! Loved the gorgeous patio and all the wildlife around it, also the soaker tub in the master bath was fantastic would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Nice Quite Getaway

We had our kids and grandkids over the weekend and had a wonderful time. There was easy access to the lake, only a couple of miles away with a boat ramp and swimming beach and area for fishing. We enjoyed the privacy of the back deck and enjoyed having a bonfire in the fire pit and making s’mores.

Had fun lots of fun.

Could have been a lot cleaner. Fridge was not clean, and dust in a few places. Not as clean as other places I have rented. No place to put trash. I had to carry it out with me on my brand new car. Power kept going off in bunk house bedroom. Pull out couch could not be slept in, it was broke down. So my family stayed one night out there and came into the front house with me. I believe it might be a fire hazard. We did enjoy the fishing and the Christmas tree that I asked about, it was kind of the property owners to do that for my grandchildren. The property was very spacious and had a well stocked kitchen, spices, sugar, cooking oil, creamer etc. We had a great time on the patio and hammock. We had fun but I won’t stay there again.

Relax get-a-way

We had a great time. The rental was great. We spent a lot of time on the patio outside. It was good family time The fishing was great we caught our limit. We have a nice fish fry. I do know we will be going back.

Great place to stay

Very clean and organized inside the house. Had everything you need for a weekend stay. The only downfall was there was ALOT of spiders on the back deck and the bugzapper was broken. But that was minor compared to how overall awesome it was to stay there. Nice and secluded and quit. It wasn't bunchedc in between other houses. 7 minute drive to the Marina; if anybody wants to know.

However, we are busy more than not and find it sitting more than we like.
