6 month lease in quiet and safe Florida condo for retirement.
This condo is in the On Top Of The World Condo Association. It is artfully decorated and received consistent 5 star reviews from guests when I was a Superhost. There is a 55 year minimum age rule and a minimum stay of 6 months. Availability starts on May 1, 2024. The unit is in a non-evacuation zone in case of hurricanes, sturdy, very quiet, concrete block construction and well maintained. People really like living at this over 55 community with all its clubs, facilities, and amenities. There is a numbered parking spot for one vehicle and everything you could possibly want within 5 to 10 miles. I've happily lived here since June 2011. The location is right in the middle of Pinellas County. Three and a half miles to the west as the crow flies you reach the Gulf of Mexico. The use of my e-bike and origami kayak is at your own risk and negotiable. No pets are allowed in this condo. The queen bed and the full size bed are hypoallergenic latex which guests appreciate. There is a $150 non-refundable application fee per person required by the HOA for background checks which I’m sure you can appreciate. This is a VERY safe place to live. Three rooms have quiet ceiling fans AC is brand new and so is fireclay workstation sink.

I bought this condo because of the excellent reputation if has for a good quality of life for retirees. Simply put, people like living here. Recreation and beauty is available very close by as well as everything you need for health, dining and entertainment. This is what Airbnb guests said: This is a lovely artsy place to me, relaxing , quiet and sunny , close to the stores , Whole Foods is near by ! Excellent for business and pleasure too , beaches are near by as well! Great pick!
I spent 10 weeks at Annes condo while attending school in Clearwater. The condo was very clean bright and had everything I needed during my stay and was comfortable. The location was excellent to surrounding areas including the beach, groceries and shopping. The condo is located in a gated 55 plus community that was safe and nice. I even got to enjoy the annual St Patricks day Parade held in the gated community by residents and was a lot of fun. The condo is located on the second floor but there is an elevator or stairs if you choose and was not a problem. My only complaint with my whole stay had nothing to do with the condo itself or Anne but with a noisy neighbor located above me that seemed to be exercising or something noisy at different hours of the night, I never complained or let Anne know. It was only a problem since I had to get up early in the mornings but didn't happen all the time. All other neighbors were quiet and nice. I enjoyed my stay at the condo and would recommend it as a place to stay and I would gladly stay again in the future. Anne is great to work with and in my opinions is a great host. Thank you Anne for letting me stay in your home.
Anne's place was so comfortable and well equipped for any and all of your needs. As long as you have a car, this place is great in that it's quiet but not too far from nightlife and the beach. I would stay here again!
