- one bathroom with: 1 toilet, 1 bath tub, 1 sink and 1 washing machine

- from the kitchen and the living room you can go outside to a nice and large covered terrace, where you can have breakfast in the morning or a glas of wine in the evening and also there is a BBQ where you can prepare all kind of fresh fish and sea food.

The nearest grocery stores are just 7 km away, in Methoni or 8 km away in Finikounda.
