The living room has stairs to the mezzanine with 2 good beds, flatscreen TV and DVD player. The mezzanine is covered by a gate/grill. There are 2 cots, 2 high chairs and a changing pad. There are heat pumps/aircondition as the primary heating source. From the living room, which is elevated above the terrain, you have access to outdoor raised terrace. From the kitchen there is access to the covered terrace with light, where you can sit and enjoy the summer days and sunsets. On the terrace is a barbecue, garden tables, chairs, deck chairs, sun loungers and parasols. On the morning terrace you can enjoy your breakfast. There are also toys for outdoor use. In the shed there is an extra fridge with freezer. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services.
