This exclusive apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs or by lift. Despite its central location, the windows provide very good sound isolation from the nearby traffic.

The one bedroom comes with a double bed with a brand new mattress. The bed comes with fresh white high quality linen and 2 pillow pairs - with medium and soft firmness. Within the bedroom is a large integrated wardrobe which houses a large mirror and a chest of draws.

A soft cotton carpet runs through the entire apartment for a homely and cozy feel.

Entering the living area you will be greeted by a beautifully crafted single pane glass designer table along with four white Scandinavian chairs. A comfortable three seater sofa, along with the armchair surround the three nested coffee table. With all this comes a 43" LG SMART TV equipped with a guest ready Netflix account, as well as a Bose Sound system for movies or music.

The kitchen completes the apartment nicely. It is brand new with high-end appliances all the way round. You will benefit from an integrated microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, and a washer-dryer at your disposal. It is fully equipped with quality cutlery, pans, glass, as well as a cafetiere, toaster and a bread bin.

Last but not least is the bathroom. The bathroom compromises of a powerful overhead shower, with precise temperature control, a Fired Earth sink and toilet.

The Neighborhood:
You will be right in the heart of Oxford and specifically next to Christ Church Meadow and the River Thames. Both which offer peace and tranquility despite being so central. Oxford is a beautiful town, both for its history, architecture, and its people. There is only too much to say and so we welcome any particularly queries or suggestions you are after. Ask away!

Getting Around:
If you have arrived by car we would strongly suggest leaving your car in the allocated parking space given and walk through Oxford. You will definitely not need to drive if you are only interested in staying in the centre if you are comfortable walking. Everything in the Oxford city centre is walking distance to the apartment. Whether you decide to walk via the river, or through Christ Church Meadow, or directly through town, you will find that there are numerous and interesting ways to get to the same place. There are bus stops with regular bus service by the property should you want to venture further out.

Other Things to Note:
This apartment is located in the centre of Oxford so expect some nearby road noise. The windows provide good sound isolation but beware that opening them will mean being exposed from traffic noise below.

There is a lift you can use to access the apartment. The lift is also accessible from the underground car park. However there are still several steps outside to the communal entrance before you can reach the lift. Please take this into consideration if you have heavy luggage.
