We are Located on the 7th floor of PERDIDO TOWERS. Our home is unique in that we have floor to ceiling windows that overlook the ocean. We have 2 balconies one facing the ocean the other facing Ole River. Private beach for our condo use only. Property is unique with beach AND river side accommodations with private boat dock and tennis/pickle ball courts across the street. So simply walk downstairs to the beach or across the street to enjoy fishing or boating! Quiet property that is well maintained and has won awards for its management.

This was our third state at Perdido Towers. We love the location. The beach is never crowded and perfect for families.

Great Stay!

This property was as advertised as we enjoyed our experience++. It was very private as the property had only 26 units. We will definitely be coming back to this property again.

Gorgeous condo! Was a great stay.

We absolutely loved this condominium. It was clean, well laid out, and beautifully decorated. The ocean view from the master bedroom could not be beat...it was breathtaking! The owner is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back.

Great place great location!

Just like the pics , beautiful place with amazing views! Unique having the master bed facing the ocean views which is an amazing way to wake up every day! We stayed for mullet toss and a concert at the wharf and were really happy with the location as well being walkable to the Flora Bama. Renee was great to work with and made the rental process very easy and was avail for questions even after check in - would definitely book again!

Great Rental

Beautiful Condo with Gulf Front View, and Bayside View where the sunsets. The unit was recently remodeled, and gorgeous decor . It is a smaller complex which makes it so nice. No waiting for elevators and beach and pool not over crowded. The owner is so sweet and helpful. You will not be disappointed.

Condo was EXACTLY like pics online....actually even nicer! Property is extremely well maintained. Everyone we encountered on the premises seemed respectful of each other and the property. Owner was so eager to help in any way. Can't say enough good things about our experience!

great time!

We drove 11 hrs. from Cincinnati and there's nothing worse than finding a condo that is not clean or up to your expectations. We were not disappointed with this one. It was beautiful and clean and made for a wonderful vacation making the long drive worthwhile. Definitely a good find.

Million $$ Views

My husband and I had a lovely getaway on our last trip as a couple before our baby boy arrives! The condo had everything we needed for our long weekend including a million $$ view, which is even better in person than in photos. Comfortable furniture, especially beds are very important and the king bed in the master did not disappoint (and at 9 months pregnant comfort is key!). The pool was fantastic and the beach was just steps away. If you don't have your own beach chairs there is a rental company that sets up chairs and umbrellas on the beach for a reasonable fee or if you're a big kid like my husband you can just dig yourself a hole to sit in! The condo is a short drive from Orange Beach and tons of great restaurants. It's also only a short walk (0.5 mile or so) down to the FloraBama. Renee and her husband Alan were great hosts and were easily reached when we had a slight snafu with the keypad to the door! Again we had a wonderful, very relaxing trip and would gladly chose this condo again in the future!

Home-Away-From-Home

I have never experienced a home-away-from-home experience until I arrived at Renee and Alan’s condo! Its location is unreal - walking distance to the beach and the views from the main bedroom are heavenly! Floor to ceiling windows provide for unobstructed ocean views; the style of the entire condo is pure paradise - from the decor colors and wall hangings to the comfort of every piece of furniture. My mom suffers from severe rheumatoid arthritis, but she felt very comfortable in every room. My 9 year old daughter was blown away by the « hidden » bedroom she found and instantly made it her own :) I also appreciated Renee’s recommendations for all things local. That made me feel confident and inspired to explore the new area. Thank you again Renee & Alan for letting us enjoy your beautiful home! We had the most incredible girls-only vacation.

Great Family Trip!

My family of four enjoyed a great time at the property. Renee was fantastic to work with and very responsive. The condo is beautifully decorated and has almost everything you need. The property is not a massive development so the pool and beach are not crowded and the parking is ample. Best of all, the elevators service only two units per floor…so you are never waiting on an elevator.

Exceeded our expectations

This condo was completely updated. It was open and airy yet inviting and comfortable. The view was everything we had hope for and more. There was easy access to the beach. My mom traveled with us and had absolutely no trouble walking the very short distance to the ocean. I give it 5 stars for accessibility. It was also very safe. I felt very comfortable taking my 3 year old to the pool and to the beach. I will stay here again when we go back to Perdido Key.

Spring Break

We just returned from our stay at this property for spring break. The owner was amazing even providing us a list of favorite restaurants nearby. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Located right on the beach in a perfect location to be nearby everything you needed but not directly in the middle of all of the traffic. Highly recommend this property to families for a visit to the gulf.

I grew up in Florida on the beach! I have always loved the beach and my husband and I have been looking for a place for over 30 years! We came to Perdido Key and fell in love with the beaches and Perdido Towers. We wanted a place that we would feel comfortable bringing our family. This is a family friendly place. We are so thankful that God has provided us with this place "Where Time Stand STill". This is how we feel and we pray you will experience the same thing.

Perdido Towers is a place you can get away to. Oceanfront but also accessible to Ole River across the street. The best of both worlds. I cannot tell you how fabulous the views are from our condo. You will be mesmerized by the view and the sunrises. The pool and grounds are immaculate! 400 ft of waterfront is ours to enjoy. Nice quiet unit with access to restaurants within walking distance.
