Come relax at this great two bedroom/two bath unit located RIGHT ON THE BEACH in beautiful Perdido Key, Florida. The unit is well appointed throughout with comfortable yet nice-quality, beachy decor - the perfect combination for your stay. You'll be able to enjoy your morning coffee and the stunning views of the sandy white beaches and the Gulf from this 4th floor unit. Floor to ceiling windows span the entire length of the dining area and den, which offers great views from inside, and creates a very open and spacious feeling.

In addition to the great updates throughout, we are opening up the owner's closet to you as our guest to help ease the woes of packing and unpacking (see the photo). You will have use of numerous folding beach chairs, beach/sand toys, coolers, boogie boards and beach towels! So just pack your clothes - the rest is already here waiting for you!

To describe a little of what Unit 405W has to offer... the kitchen has been updated and is fully equipped with all that you might need for your stay. It includes an updated kitchen with granite counter tops and a counter height bar that opens to the dining area for plenty of seating. The den and living room space feature ample, comfortable seating with a pull-out sofa for extra sleeping accommodations (condo sleeps up to 6). You will also be able to enjoy the added amenities of a flat screen television with HD cable, a BlueRay/DVD player, an iPod docking station/stereo, full WiFi access and a PS2 gaming system (with games included!!) for the kids to enjoy.

The nicely decorated master bedroom includes a king size bed and a flat screen HDTV with DVD player. The master bathroom has been fully remodeled and includes a large tiled, walk-in shower with a separate room for the double-sink, granite vanity.

The second bedroom includes two twin beds and has been updated to include a flat screen TV. The second bath includes tiled floors, a large jetted whirlpool tub, tiled shower and granite vanity/sink.

The SeaSpray complex itself is packed with amenities, too! You can enjoy the full use of three swimming pools, fitness room, tennis courts, hot tub and even a convenient docking area with boat slips on the canal-side for those who love fishing! This unit's complex has the zero entry pool (no steps).

The complex is located within minutes of the best local restaurants and other popular entertainment sites such as the Flora Bama.

Very nice. The view is beautiful. The unit was pretty clean, comfortable and nicely decorated with everything you need. It was always very quiet and the beach was never crowded when we stayed. Will stay again.

Great spot for family with littles!

Cindy was super responsive and the place was very clean. We loved being right on the beach and the 0 depth entry pool. The location was also great being close to souvenir shops and restaurants but never felt crowded. Great spot that we would love to return to!!

Property Manager very responsive to any questions. Would for sure stay there again. Parking was easy and close. Beach access was right outside the building and had a pool.

Amazing condo w/ all you could want!

We had a GREAT stay. Our boys slept great, as did my wife and I. The kitchen was well-stocked. The "beach closet" was an amazing (and money-saving) bonus! 10/10- would recommend!

Perfect!

We have been coming to the Gulf area for 5 years and this has been our best stay yet. The condo owner thinks of all the little things that a visitor may forget. We loved the location as it wasnā€™t an overly busy section of the beach and we were able to see plenty of dolphin. We would certainly stay here again. Great all around stay!

Comfortable beachfront condo

Well appointed condo. Love the area. Not crowded, great restaurants nearby. Fully stocked kitchen. Nice baths with LOTS of towels. Comfy beds. My husband appreciates a nice recliner and ā€œrealā€ sofas, not the usual beachy rattan furniture that just isnā€™t comfortable. Cindy, the owner is very attentive and great to work with. This is our second time to stay at SeaSpray. Love that these condos are a bit away from the more congested areas of Perdido so the beach isnā€™t crowded. Used chairs and umbrella through Perdido Beach Services again and enjoyed not having to carry our own chairs and shade back and forth each day. Cindy does have a closet in the condo stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, floats, boogie boards, beach towels, etc. if you donā€™t want to bring your own. We will be back!

Cozy and Classy Elegance on the Beach

The booking and interactions with the owner were simple - any questions were answered right away. The condo was exactly as described and fully stocked with all we needed to cook meals. Everything was so nice and clean and comfortable. There was plenty of seating in the living room area - perfect space for sitting as a family to watch a movie or the TV in the evening or when there were moments of rain. The views from the balcony were amazing and beautiful. The owner was so kind to make available swim chairs and everything else we needed for our time on the beach. We loved the location being close to plenty of restaurants, shopping, Orange Beach, while still being in a quieter area where we felt a little set apart from all the traffic. We couldnā€™t have been happier with our stay and the entire booking process.

Felt like home

This property is by far one of the very best we have ever stayed at. It was clean. Everything we needed was there. I really loved the full size washer and dryer in the unit. Beautiful ocean views. All of the appliances were nice and in great working order. This is one vacation rental that I would love to visit again!

Excellent condo and super comfortable.

My family stayed here and we loved it. Felt like home away from home. View of the beach was great and super easy to step out the door and on the beach practically. Place had all you needed except food. We will be back and we will stay right here. Thank you CN. Great place.

Great Vacation at Perdido Bay

This is a great location. Right on the beach. We enjoyed the access to the beach and the swimming pool was very clean and taken care of. There is a closet with everything you need to enjoy the beach or swimming pool. That was very beneficial so we didn't have to bring all those items. Looking forward to a second stay. Would greatly recommend this property and owner.

Enjoyable and relaxing.

Very clean, had everything we needed even for the beach. Nice location, loved sitting on the patio and looking at the beach, and seeing the ocean from the dining and livingroom as soon as you got up to enjoy a cup of coffee in your nightware.
