Two-room apartment with bedroom, bathroom, living room with kitchenette and small back yard. Washing machine, air conditioning, mosquito nets. Ideal for a couple with or without a child. In the apartment there is also a bicycle.

The apartment has a living room with a sofa bed for one and a half and an outdoor area where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors.

- Bed linen: bed linen and towels are not included, the cost is 10 euros per person per week (towels and sheets).
- Check-in: we are available for check-in until 20:00; from 20:00 to 24.00 you will be charged an extra cost of € 20.00; from 24:00 onwards you will be charged an extra cost of € 40.00;
- Check-out: the accommodation will be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure (unless otherwise agreed)
- Lease agreement: at the time of check-in the lease for your holiday will be signed.
- Payment of the tourist tax: the Municipality of Porto Cesareo applies the tourist tax. Please note that this tax is payable upon entry into the building: the tax is equal to € 1.00 per day per person; the tax is applied up to a maximum of n. 7 consecutive nights; NOTE: certain individuals are exempt from paying the tax, including: a) minors up to the age of 16; b) the elderly from the day of their 70th birthday.
