Our host was very responsive to our messages. The home was as expected. The host even had partially stocked the refrigerator and offered us to help ourselves to the beverages on site. All bedrooms were on the top floor where the air conditioning kept us very comfortable during the evening. Note: the ground floor did not have A/C but opening the doors and windows allowed sufficient breeze to make the temperature indoors reasonable even on warm afternoons. We really appreciated the property’s proximity to the old part of Antibes. We walked every morning and it was roughly 15 minute walk to town and another five or 10 minutes to the beach.My only recommendation would be to replace the mattress in the suite that we stayed in since it was not to my liking. I ended up sleeping in the adjacent room in one of the smaller twin beds, which was very comfortable.Overall, we enjoyed the property and we would certainly stay there again.

Perfect vacation home

We had a great time at the villa. It is immaculate and gorgeous. Extremely comfortable. Helen has it decorated it very thoughtfully. It had everything that one could need. It was highlight of our trip. Beautiful place to spend a week !

Wonderful

Everything is provided exactly as described in the listing! Hazel was a fantastic property manager/hostess. Antibes was much fun and comfortable in February.

This was our first holiday in Antibes and the South of France, and we had a fantastic stay.From the moment we arrived, everything was very easy. The host’s assistant (Yael) was lovely and really helpful. She kindly let us into the house early to drop off our bags and then met us later at the agreed time to give us the keys and show us around.The house itself was even better than we expected. It was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. There were lots of thoughtful little touches throughout, and it felt much more like staying in someone’s home than a holiday rental.The bedrooms were great, and the air conditioning was particularly good — very quiet but really effective, which was much appreciated! The kitchen was also very well equipped with pretty much everything you could need.The garden is lovely and very well looked after, and we really enjoyed having the plunge pool to cool off in. It was perfect for relaxing and cooling down on hot days.The location was also very good. It took us around 10–15 minutes to walk to the main square and about another 10 minutes to reach the old town. Therefore there are supermarkets, restaurants and shops within an easy walk of 10-15 mins. We had a car, so having secure private parking inside the property was a real bonus and made things very easy.Overall, we loved our stay. It’s a beautiful, comfortable and very well cared-for house in a great location. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Fabulous Stay in Antibes!

The pictures and description of this property simply do not do it justice! From the moment we arrived, we were met with open arms. The owners prepared a special welcome kit for us, and made sure we had everything we needed for our weeklong stay in Antibes. The house is beautiful - well kept, clean, very well decorated, and spacious. The outdoor space is an oasis nestled just above the old city of Antibes. Mornings on the patio with our coffee and croissants, afternoon bbq's and late night wine by the pool are a must. It was very hard to pry ourselves from the house to explore the Cote D'Azur, but we did, and found the house to be incredibly well located. Minutes from the main highway, we were able to get to Nice, Cannes, Eze, and St Paul de Vence with ease. We highly recommend a stay at this villa, and we absolutely hope to be back here again in the future. Bravo and thank you!

An Amazing Week

We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Great house and great location. Helen (the owner) went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we could possibly need for our week in Antibes. The large gas BBQ made cooking on an evening a pleasure with local butchers, bakers and supermarkets ensuring everything you need is only a 10-minute walk away. The villa was ideal for families with many different sleeping arrangements available. Additional items for children were also a blessing. Cot beds (x2), High chairs (x2), Bed Guard, Cutlery, Plates, bowls. Also, there was a large amount of beach and swimming pool equipment available to use eg: arm bands, goggles, rubber rings as well as beach mats and umbrellas. Great for families thinking of buying or bringing their own. The downhill walk into town was approximately 10 minutes to the Place Général de Gaulle where you can find Monoprix supermarket and a selection of restaurants and bakeries. A further 5-10 minutes will find you in the centre of a beautiful town.
