Nice apartment with a large terrace.

The apartment, located just five minutes from the beach, has a large terrace equipped with outdoor furniture so you can enjoy the warm temperatures of the island with your family or friends.

Inside you will find a spacious living-dining room, with direct access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms (one of them a toilet and the other complete), and three bedrooms. As you can see in the images, it is a very spacious apartment, ideal to enjoy with children.

It is located in Can Picafort, located on the Mediterranean coast, where you will find a wide variety of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants with outdoor shows so that you can enjoy your experience on the island to the fullest. On the other hand, despite being very close to the beach, it is a quiet area, so you will always find parking outside. In addition, in front of the apartment you will find the bus stop, which connects with other coastal municipalities and with Palma.

Check-in and check-out is flexible, as long as there are no other reservations, in that case, check-in must be at 4:00 p.m. and check-out at 10:00 a.m.

All our houses are carefully cleaned so that our guests are protected against covid.

IMPORTANT. For reservations from BOOKING and VRBO: The client must pay 30% of the total reservation in advance through a completely secure payment link or by bank transfer, the rest will be paid on the day of arrival or 10 days before.

An additional cost of cleaning and laundry will be applied to all stays less than 7 nights.

In the Balearic Islands we must charge this rate to our clients, the amount is €2 per night and per person up to eight nights, from the ninth night onwards €1 per night and person will be charged.
