Recent house (2013) of 120m ², built in monomur, insulating and ecological materials.
The 6 beds are divided in 3 bedrooms.
On the ground floor, 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and a bathroom, the other with 1 double bed and a bathroom (walk-in shower and sink for 2).
Upstairs is the living on the ground floor, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bathroom (bath and walk-in shower).
The 2 toilets are separated, 1 up, 1 down.
The kitchen is fully equipped: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, small appliances ...
Coffee 'Nespresso' is available.
In the living room there is a flat screen TV, a DVD player and a mini system.
Other facilities: - Wi-plancha -transats internet connection.

The deck is covered and made 50m².La overlooking the peninsula of 'the castagna is superb, the sea is 200m ahead. There is a flower garden, with around the maquis.

The portigliolo sandy beach is 5 minutes walk. One can find a water sports hire dinghies, windsurfers and pedal ...

Not far away, you are 'in Mico' restaurant with stunning views over the port of portigliolo (see photos): lobster, fresh fish and other preparations, all of very good quality, or just to cool off after played on one of the 4 tennis courts.

For businesses, there are close to the beach, in Mark and Regina, retail fruit and vegetables and also rents boats, then it will take the car on the way to aqua-doria 'to find, 10 minutes, the store 'at Pierre' with local products.

If not for large supermarkets it will go to Porticcio 20 minutes, a seaside resort with all its shops, Ajaccio or 35 minutes.
