This CHARMING house is made up of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one of which has its own bathroom, which can accommodate up to 6/7 people, a kitchen open to a large living/dining room and a second independent bathroom. All rooms have access to a balcony (south) or terrace (southwest). There is a HUGE BAY WINDOW in the living room which opens onto a terrace with its magnificent panorama of the sea which is perfect for hosting your quiet NAPS and your evenings watching the SUNSET. The décoration of the house is a mix of antique furniture (3-door sideboard, round flap tables, baby high chairs, chandeliers, paintings, engravings, etc.), and more modern furniture for greater comfort (beds, sofas, kitchen furniture, KitchenAid robot, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.). Portigliolo beach is 250m away on foot, downhill on the way there, uphill on the way back. I provide a stroller for the little ones. THE WATER IS TRANSPARENT with a large part of sand and a few rocks. It is a quiet and very family-friendly beach.

A sailing club allows children, teenagers and adults to take lessons or rent windsurf boards, dinghies, paddles...
