Chic apartment in Kensington Olympia

Gratton Road is a charming, well-appointed, two-bedroomed Victorian apartment in the ‘village’ of West London’s Brook Green in Kensington Olympia. The apartment has high ceilings, is light and airy and is decorated and equipped to a high standard. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, on the corner of Milson Road, one of the most desirable roads in the area. Available for LONGER LETS at Kensington Property Management...

This spacious apartment has a large living room and separate dining area with seating for up to six guests. There is a well equipped modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven & hob, microwave and full cooking equipment.

There is a Smart TV in the sitting room with all freeview channels, and an Amazon Firestick to connect to Netflix and Amazon etc. Also free Wi-Fi broadband access.

The property is cleaned before and after your arrival and Ana the housekeeper cleaner is available for additional cleaning if required. There is security intercom access from the street below.

Gratton Road has two well-proportioned bedrooms, one with King size bed, made by the fantastically comfy Loaf, and plenty of storage space, the other with two twin beds which can be attached. There is a modern bathroom with travertine tiling and new bath and shower, and plenty of hot water. Towels and bed linen are provided.

This area of West London is within easy reach of Heathrow Airport (20 mins by car or taxi), the heart of uber chic Kensington & Chelsea, London’s glorious Holland and Hyde park s and the amazing new shopping centre at Westfield. There are many nearby Tube stations for access to central London, and one of the best gastro pubs in London, the Havelock Tavern, as well as many acclaimed restaurants in close proximity.

Our TEAM are on hand MONDAY to FRIDAY, 8.30am to 5.30pm. Outside of working hours they will only be available to deal with EMERGENCIES.
Check in is 3pm, until 9pm. Check out is 11am. Our office closes at 9pm on the dot! We are NOT CONTACTABLE after that hour as we need our beauty sleep
Failing to return keys to the instructed place will result in a fee of £45. Losing a set of KEYS will result in an £90 charge to get them replaced.

Sweet apartment near Kensington/Olympia tube station. We stayed nine nights and found this to be a restful refuge from which to explore all that London has to offer. Quiet neighborhood within a walk of several different tube stations makes it easy to get to Central London. We also walked the local area and enjoyed dinner at several local restaurants, a welcome respite from more heavily touristed areas. Beds are very comfortable and the sitting room is cozy with two couches ideal for lounging. Hosts friendly, informative, and responsive.

Great place to enjoy some quiet family time at the end of the day

We really enjoyed our stay here. The local eateries are fantastic and it’s a quick hop to the train station for getting around town. Very comfy beds, and a sun filled parlour to relax in.

Great place, location and facilities

Spent 5 nights here and had everything we needed. The unit was clean and well presented, a real home from home experience. Location is perfect for exploring London and experiencing the local shopping, bars and restaurants.

Wonderful place

What a wonderful place to stay. Was easy to get around with the Tube close by. Easy to get to all the sites, then come back to flat and the quietness of the neighborhood was lovely. Owners had great suggestions on restaurants. Would come back to this flat again.

Basecamp for Extended Visit to London

My family of four enjoyed an extended stay at this property, giving us a quiet and well sized place to base all of our adventures from. There is easy access for multiple transit options, and it's close to Shepards Bush where you can rent a car for the day if needed.

Very plaesant stay in London

nice Appartement, well equipped, totally sufficient for 4 People, located pretty good, 5 minutes walk to overground Train Station, parking is difficult as you have to pay from 9a.m. to 7 p.m. get the app to pay parking fees.

Great for a getaway!

Our family of four were very comfortable in your apartment! Super check-in process and accommodating owners. Easy access to all things London and so close to Kensington Olympia Station! Home Sweet Home in London

The managers were extremely responsive to any needs or questions we had. They provided detailed instructions and wonderful suggestions. The apartment was a wonderful place to rest for weary travelers. We especially loved reading the children's books!

Lovely flat in great location

This was a perfect flat for our stay! Comfortable, well maintained and centrally located. We especially liked that there was fresh milk and tea available on our arrival after the long flight. Hugo and Lizie were very accommodating and always responded in a timely way. We would definitely rent this again on future trips and recommend it others.

Home from Home

We love everything about the apartment. It is the second time we have stayed there, and it is the perfect location for Olympia There are plenty of restaurants in the area and High Street Kensington is a short bus ride away. The apartment is very clean well equipped and Hugo is super helpful. It is also an interesting place to stay with magazines and good books. It really is home from home.

We had a great stay at Lizzy's apartment in Kensington Olympia. It was very comfortable and had a wonderful homey feel to it which is great when you're travelling for an extended time away from home. It's location is only a 10-15 min walk away from 3 main tube stations as well, making it easy to get into the city. We had a great time in London, thank you Lizzy

Beautiful and quite place

We had a great stay in Hugo´s appartment. The location is very nice and quite, good mattrasses, in the kitchen you find everything you need also for bigger coocking actions and it is near to many bus stops. We contacted Hugo a few times and he always answered quickly. Gladly again!

Comfortable, convenient home away from home

We - my husband and two sons ( teen and pre teen)had a lovely stay at this flat . So nice to come home to and relax after a day out . Beds were very comfortable. Great to have a washer and have our breakfasts in to start the day. Everything within walking distance. Precious memories made while visiting our daughter who is studying abroad and other relatives and seeing the sights.

Comfortable London Stay

Very clean and comfortable in good location, easy access to overground and comfy beds. Would’ve been good to know in advance that there was building work going on which caused some noise early in the morning. Overall, nice place to stay however little changes would’ve made a big difference.

They are supposed to tell us about that in advance, but needless to say they did not. So we were a little in the dark about it too. We have given them a ticking off about that. And also to say we are also doing a mini renovation at our apartment ourselves next month to give the bathroom and kitchen a new look and feel, i'm guessing that is probably what you are referring to. In short: great host fantastic location roomy, well-appointed apartment a top-tier stay. Highly recommended if you want a nice apartment close to the heart of the city.We had a wonderful stay! The host was very easy to correspond with — quick, clear, and accommodating every step of the way.The location is wonderful. It offers excellent access to a nearby train station, making travel into the London Underground system (and other rail links) very convenient.The neighborhood is quiet. Our upstairs and downstairs neighbors were respectful and quiet — we felt very relaxed the whole time.The apartment itself is spacious, especially for a family of four. There was plenty of room to spread out. It’s also very well equipped for cooking: we were able to make several of our own meals with ease.

We always loved the fact Brook Green and Kensington Olympia have very cosy 'village' feels whilst still being in the heart of central London and with easy access to the rest of the city. There are two parks on our doorstep, Holland and Hyde parks, glorious in summer. You can walk to the heart of Kensington in 10 mins - so its very well positioned. It is fabulous for pubs and restaurants, very handy for tubes and trains ... and very easy for exiting London on the M4 or M40 motorways.
