Our wonderfully furnished apartment promises the ideal home base for an unforgettable stay in the city. The central location of the apartments allows you to explore the beautiful city of Lisbon!

The apartment is composed of 1 bedroom for 2 guests, a living room with a double couch bed for extra 2 people, a kitchen with dining table and chairs, and a bathroom.

In our home, you will have Wifi, heating, and a TV in the living room.

Complete with an equipped kitchen, you will find a fridge, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, basic cookware, coffee maker, and dishwasher for your usage.

The home is also complete with hotel quality linen, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable!

Guest has access to all areas of the apartment.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This fabulous apartment is located in the very heart of the city, in the historical, vibrant area of Baixa-Chiado ( metro station is 200 meters away ) - close to everything and brimming with cafes , shops , restaurants and transportation. The Commerce Square , the 28 Tram , Chiado , Bairro Alto , Alfama or the Castle are all within easy walking distance.

The apartment is easily accessible to any part of town via subway, train, bus or taxi, and is perfectly located to explore all area in Lisbon! The nearest metro station is Baixa- Chiado metro and few minutes walk to the Restauradores underground station, buses, taxis and the famous tram 28 station.

Your check will be arranged with a greeter at the property . Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-ins from midnight to 07:00 have a surcharge of EUR 30.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
