A charming apartment with a magnificent view of the Duomo’s dome, located on the second floor (no elevator) of a very clean and quiet building in the heart of Florence. Just a stone’s throw from the main train, bus, and tram station and the Accademia Gallery, in the historic San Lorenzo district, known worldwide for its magnificent central market.
The San Lorenzo Market is divided into two distinct sections: one is indoors and is commonly known as the central market, dedicated primarily to food, while the other is outdoors and spills out onto the streets surrounding the large market building. Central. Here you’ll find leather goods—mostly local items—clothing, and all kinds of souvenirs.
The Central Market is organized over two floors and is entirely dedicated to food. It is housed in a beautiful cast-iron and glass building constructed between 1870 and 1874, when Florence was still the capital of Italy; it is an imposing and magnificent example of classical and modern styles.
On the first floor, you’ll find butcher shops, fish markets, fruit and vegetable stands, and small shops selling local specialties such as olive oil, meat, cheeses, and much more.
The second floor of the central market was completely renovated and reopened to the public in the spring of 2014. Open 7 days a week, from 10 a.m. to midnight, with 3,000 square meters of floor space and 500 stalls, it offers plenty of space to accommodate 12 different food stalls, each dedicated to a different specialty of Italian cuisine.
This neighborhood will never cease to amaze you! Did you know that Carlo Lorenzini, known as “Collodi,” the author of the famous novel *The Adventures of Pinocchio*, was born in the San Lorenzo district?
All the points of interest are within walking distance: all you have to do is step outside and you’ll immediately find yourself in the heart of Florence.

Air conditioning covers the entire unit.
The apartment consists of: one bedroom, a small kitchen, one bathroom, and a small balcony with a view.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
VAT: €3.00 per person per night, up to a maximum of seven nights—payable in cash upon arrival. Each guest is required to pay the tax for the days specified in the reservation, regardless of the length of stay. The total tourist tax must be paid upon arrival: total number of days and total number of guests as indicated in the reservation.
Identification documents: All guests must be registered in accordance with Italian law, and the documents (including photocopies) of all guests must be presented at check-in, regardless of each guest’s actual arrival date.
Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Late check-in fee: €30.00 (after 8:00 PM) / €50.00 (after midnight), payable in cash upon arrival.
Office fee: €10.00 in cash upon arrival (may be requested in special cases such as: lack of communication and updates regarding check-in arrangements, requests for early check-in or late check-out).
Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.
