Dear Elizabeth, Thank you for your feedback. I really regret to know that you had issues concerning the property. Although we try our best to make our guests as comfortable as possible, we cannot please everyone.: Before booking The TINY cabin, you would have read the property described in the listing. The name TINY says it all, it is small so I don’t get the fuzz of your feedback being you are “ spoiled and well travelled”. We have asked if all is good and it would have been proper if you had discussed with us your issues so that we can do something about the mosquitoes which by the way an electric repellent is available for your use and is in the amenities cabinet. Also it is disappointing that communication is not very strong on your part as following a simple request on my guidelines and rules of the TINY CABIN has been neglected and ignored. Either way, I surely would advice that it would be handy to read the whole property listings so that you won’t be surprised as to what you have booked instead. All the best.
