Mammoth Lakes Certified Property Program (CPAN) is TOLM-CPAN-11188. This Mammoth Point Condo consist of 2 bedrooms, 2 bath + loft that is located just 5 min drive or 10 min walk to Canyon Lodge. Mammoth Lakes town is only 5 miles long so everything is within close reach, restaurants, grocery store and more. The views from the living room are incredible including Crowley Lake which is 10 miles away.

The full size kitchen makes it great for family time and cooking at home with all of the supplies you would need accommodating a party of 8 including seating. Two full size bathrooms one attached to the master bedroom. Firewood burning stove (firewood provided).

The sleeping accommodations includes 2 bedrooms both have queen size beds, the loft area has a slide down Futon bed that is also queen size along with w pull out sofa sleeper queen in size. all bedding and linens included- plenty of blankets. Free internet, Cable TV, Netflix included with your stay. Professional cleaning fee includes fresh towels, linens, soaps and shampoo's for your stay.

The property includes parking for 2 cars (open parking) large Jacuzzi partially enclosed, out door BBQ. No Pets, No Smoking

Winter Mammoth

Overall enjoyed the stay. Stayed with a group of 5 here during the late winter and loved the place. Most enjoyable part was the view from living room. Would stay again and you should too 11/10

Stayed here for a week with my two adult children and granddaughter. Excellent communication with Randy throughout stay and enjoyed the property and amazing views. Will definitely be back!

Perfect for Winter Getaway

This place was as described. A group of 5 adults stayed here and there was plenty of space. The views were incredible and it was was easy to get around. Canyon Lodge was walkable (we talked there and took the gondola into town), but we did make the short drive when we had our snowboard with us.

Ez access condo with amazing views

Love the condo! Parking is steps from the door, lots of wood to make a fire, and the windows offer a beautiful view of the mountains. The mattresses are firm, and the condo is very tidy. I would definitely stay there again!

Great place!

We enjoyed staying here very much. It has amazing views as it’s up a hill a bit. The kitchen is well stocked, lots of blankets available and the bedding is new and fresh. It’s a good place for 4 adults, in the two bedrooms and possibly another couple if they're ok with a futon or pull out bed. Also would be great for kids in the loft with futon and the pull out bed. There is no washer/dryer in the unit, but plenty of hot water for showers.

Great weekend with friends

I stayed here with friends for President's day weekend and we all had an amazing time. All of us could easily walk to the slopes in the morning and back in the afternoon with no trouble, taking about 15 minutes to get back but only around 10 to get to chair 8. The place itself is very well maintained and we were able to comfortably fit six of us. The hot tub is indeed large and we spent every night we could there. Randy also had amazing communication with us the whole time we were there - making sure we had everything we needed as quickly as possible.

4x4 and chains needed if snowing

We had a great time here and lucked out with stellar ski conditions. But we unfortunately were apart of a car accident on Davison Rd. (Used to get to this property on John Muir) Davison is a notoriously dangerous and steep road known to locals for accidents when roads are snowy and icy. If you book this property in the winter, just come prepared with chains and a proper vehicle!

Get to the Point! (Mammoth Point Condos)

Parking lot is big, with plenty of parking (open, not assigned), and we could pull up close to front foor & not have to lug gear a long way. Bathrooms are top-notch with excellent fixtures & plenty of towels, soaps, shampoo & conditioner provided. Kitchen is very well stocked . . . we counted 3 toasters & a blender. Extensive assortment of pots & pans & baking dishes. Even saw a medium-sized crockpot, if you want to start sometime for the fam while out for day. Plenty of real glasses (not plastic) to choose from, including gor wine & beer. Only wish more dish soap was provided: we had a 3-oz btl to last 7 days. Owner was friendly & available to contact via email for most issues . . . though we ended up obtaining a bigger btl of dish soap due to non-response. WiFi worked very well. Enjoyed the Pandora music player in kitchen & large flat screen in living room. We fid not use the fireplace, as this was a summer trip, but it was cleaned & ready to go. We would stay at this residence again. It's clean, well-appointed, has convenient access, & is a very good value.

Stunning views!

Loved staying at this lovely condo. It’s super close to Canyon Lodge as well as any shop you would need during your visit. Randy’s place is very well stocked with bedding and all the kitchen stuff you would normally have at home. The living room views are incredible and watching the sun come up each morning as we got ready to head to the mountain was a real highlight. Would stay again.

Hill side which allows for spectacular views of the city and more. one of our favorite times in Mammoth is to come back home and enjoy a glass of wine and the views from patio.
