Riverfront w/lawn, jet ski dock, and boat dock. Views and spectacular Sunsets!

Only rental on the river with a swimming hole and grass yard!! Most riverfront rentals have swift moving water. The upcoming water levels can be checked at https://www.usbr.gov/lc/region/g4000/hourly/DavisParkerSchedules.pdf.

Bring your boat and/or jet skis and pull right up to this three bedroom, two bath house on the Colorado River. We have a private boat dock and 2 jet-ski docks and a swimming area. You will be staying in a stunning three bedroom house with two king beds, one queen bed and one twin. Spacious kitchen, incredible views, it doesn't get any better than this. A new gas bbq grill in place 8/11/2021. Lazy Harry's and boat ramp just a few doors down. Pet's are allowed for $75 per pet/per stay. The house is set up for 7 occupants. If you have more than 7 AT ANY TIME, it’s $50 per night per person upon prior approval. You will need to bring bedding for the extra people. Absolutely no parties!! We have a tenant in the bungalow below the house.. No different than a neighbor. You may see them, but they aren't in your space. We have off street parking for three cars in the driveway parked perpendicular to the street.

We enjoyed the stay, especially the comfy recliners facing the beautiful view of the river! Caleb was very responsive to messages and requests. The house felt like a beautiful home away from home. We would stay again!

This house was perfect for the 7 of us. Plenty of space both indoors and out! Caleb was extremely responsive and accommodating with all of our requests. The downstairs neighbor was friendly and great to chat with. It was a quick trip but I would love to stay again next time we come into town.

Good time

We had great time staying here. The view is amazing and the river was fun for the whole family. There's a nice area to float and swim. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

Very Comfortable and Relaxing property!

The home was very comfortable and accommodating. Great location on the River with great sunset views. Lazy Harry’s was a short walk but far enough you could not hear any music from the house patio. Would definitely return for another stay!

Wonderful Vacation Place

This place was absolutely perfect to finish out our last river trip of the season. House was super clean, fully stocked ,comfy beds & had amazing sunset views. Caleb is a fantastic host & we will definitely be back. Thank You for having us

Awesome Home!

My family and I had a wonderful time! The house has such peaceful and amazing views of the river! It was so great to use the deck for our boat, and cruise down to AVI or Laughlin. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

Amazing, will stay again

I cant say enough about this location. was absolutely perfect for our spring break. The access on the water was even better then we expected. It saddens me to discover one of guests did not enjoy their stay after they've checked out. I always encourage you to call if there are any issues and I will correct them. Great house!

Loved this house! Very comfortable for a casual getaway. The windows in the front room gave us a beautiful view all day. The house has loungers inside that face the windows so you can just relax and watch people on the river. Also the dining table can be made to be a pool table which we loved! Would definitely stay here again!

Fun River Trip

Very peaceful and quiet house

We really enjoyed our stay, this house is so quiet and very comfortable . The deck was the best, we spent a lot of time there, enjoying our morning coffee and in the evening, watching the sun go down. Caleb was very helpful and prompt in addressing any concerns we had. We would definitely come back to this house.

June River Trip

Hidden Gem

Absolutely amazing property right on the river. Spascious living quarters with everything you need at your finger tips. Close enough to shopping (Walmart, Safeway, etc.) so you can get food and supplies. Also about a 10-15 min drive to Laughlin Strip. Lots of hiking and day trips close by. Owners are wonderful and very accommodating!

The house itself was very nice and we had a blast

A great spot on the river however its tough with an I/O (that's a type of boat) if you know what I mean. I did learn a lot about the water release. One of the mornings I woke up and our boat was sitting on the outdrive

Sorry to hear about your boat during your stay. As I mentioned in emails and instruction sheets, it is up to you to check the water levels on the USBR.GOV website to stay apprised of the levels (3 days in advance). I wish I had control over the dam release, but unfortunately I don’t. Glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise.

River view home

Very nicely decorated, very clean, great view. There is a tenant below we didn’t know about. But he is quiet and barely saw him. Very kind and helpful when we saw him outside. The only negative was the water level changes abruptly and can leave your boat in the mud. The accommodations were very nice though.and we enjoyed our stay.

I'm so happy you enjoyed your stay. We're glad our tenant was able to offer you some assistance and that he was very quiet, however, we do have details about him in our ad. Also, in the house and in the rental agreement we mention the water levels and provide a link. This link will give you the water release dates and times for up to 5 days in advance. Sorry you missed that info and had to wait for the water to come up in order to go boating. It's unfortunate that your boat was mired in the mud, but thankfully it doesn't damage it. Nice to hear that our cleaning service is doing a nice job. We hope to see you again soon.

Spring Break with 3 teens

Property is exactly as described. Wonderful location on the river. Enjoyed early coffee on the patio which was peaceful and relaxing. Loved being able to get the same view inside from the recliners when it got to hot and sunny on the deck. Plenty for all to do. Loved it so much we'll likely be going back this fall for a couple of weeks! Caleb was very responsive to the couple of minor issues we had which was greatly appreciated.

Loved it

This property had everything we needed for a small family vacation. Views were outstanding and perfect for relaxation. Communication with Caleb was excellent and he was very accommodating to our last minute changes. Only downside was that the river was still freezing. Didn't stop the boys from jumping in though.
