Riverfront Retreat! Sleeps 5

This cozy 2-bedroom 2 bath is perfect for a small family or a few friends. Full kitchen, and living room, free Wi-Fi. Relax on your private patio, BBQ, play games on the grass or enjoy the river and the beach just a few steps from the front door. Plenty of fenced in parking with keypad. The Junior Pirate is comfortable for 5 people. We are close to the casinos and all amenities. It is a perfect little treasure!!

This place is a little gem. covered patio with furniture, BBQ with provided propane. Full kitchen, living room with everything you need. The master has one queen bed with bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunkbed that is a queen at the bottom and single on top. There is also a second bathroom. It is very cute and cozy. If you need more room for family or friends, we have attached the Ocean Suite that sleeps 9 on one side and the Pirate Villa that sleeps 7 on the other. House next door sleeps 10. All four on the same property right on the river.

Guests have an entire place with a private patio. The grass area is large enough to play corn hole or other games and share with other guests. There is a dock and beach area that depending on the water level throughout the day is also shared with other guests. The beach is about 300ft when water is low. We also have plenty of parking for everyone, even for boats and trailers.

This property is also perfect for snowbirds. From October until April, you can get away from the cold winter months and stay in this perfect quiet place. All furnished, utilities included. Private furnished patio with BBQ grill. Right on the river! Everything you need. Just pack your bags and stay for the winter. If you are interested, please message me, Diane. Thank you.

Quiet Riverside Stay

My kids and I had a relaxing stay here. The apartment was clean and had everything that we needed. The view and the river access was great. The neighborhood was really quiet and the property is gated. Communication with the owner was prompt when I had questions. We would definitely stay again if we're in the area.

Great river view.

It was close to everything and the view of the river was awesome. The back patio was nice and relaxing. We felt very secure in the gated community. The apartment was roomie and just right for us.

Nice newer appointed property. The parking was secure and plenty of room for boats if needed, close to amenities, on the river, quite for the time of year. Close to water park if you have kids, but nothing included with regards to in unit entertainment, no games or anything. Not a lot of space if youre planning an extended stay, be sure to bring extra blankets or turn the heat up in winter months. Has a private dock but only accessible later in the day and dry in the mornings.

Wrong website description

When I booked this place there were no saying of units! The address number took us to this house number which was reserved by someone else. One of the guests saw us trying to get in and told us that. Then we tried to get a hold of management which was difficult (no reception). We tried one of the units and the door opened. We unpacked and a guy showed up and said this is not our unit! We had to move out to a very small unit in the middle. I am upset because I didn’t know about existence of these units. Hopefully management will change the description on the website. Also, there were no hangers, closets, not one place you can hang your clothes. The kitchen was cute but everything else wasn’t convenient.

A beautiful gem on the river!

Stunning surroundings of the river and hotels. Private beach and yard area; gated and clean property in a peaceful quiet part of town; close to restaurants and shopping. What else can you ask for to relax and enjoy Laughlin/ Bullhead City? Jet ski rental on site… A+++ don’t hesitate on this property!

Amazing place!

From the inside to the amazing views outside this will be the only place we stay when traveling to Laughlin/Bullhead City! The kids loved the beach front area and grass area to run and play. Resort living at its finest! Highly recommended!

Beautiful desert and river. Everything you need for entertainment is right here. Casinos, boating, hiking, ATV, mines and more!!

Our families have been coming in this town since I was just a little kid. My brother and I have taken this opportunity to buy this beautiful piece of property right on the river. It is in a prime location, so our travelers are close to most of the main attractions of the area. We are so glad that we can now share with the world the meaning of our town. This two-acre property is plenty of space for our guests to feel comfortable. Right on the river and across from the casinos. Can't get a better spot! We have about 300 feet of beach that depends on water level that fluctuates throughout the day, and a private dock. Plenty of parking for boats, trailers. We have four units all together. All have their own private patio and entire home with private entrance. The Pirate Junior sleeps 5. Attached on one side is the Pirate theme suite sleeps 7 people. On the other side we have the Ocean Suite that sleeps 9. And we have the house that sleeps 10 right next door. it's a beautiful place to have fun and relax and let your soul enjoy the scenery.

We are located right on the river and across the casinos. Prime location for shopping, restaurants, gas, parks. There is plenty of parking for your boats, trailers. We have a private dock and beach. If you need more room for more guests, we have other units for rent right next door. The 300 Ft beach area and dock are shared with other guests. We have plenty of room!
