Live on the beach with spectacular panoramic Gulf of Mexico views!! Enjoy one of Florida's finest beaches in our 2BR condo with coastal decor. Marvel at the most amazing sunsets that nature has to offer, right from our western facing balcony. Enjoy shelling, walks at waterside, a heated pool, or lounging on the beachside deck. The grounds also include a clubhouse, grilling area, and fitness room. Escape to Belleair Beach, a residential, tranquil town. A drive to Clearwater Beach is only 5-10 minutes, if you desire a day of more hustle and bustle, commercial watersports, boating trips, fishing guides or golf courses. Boutique shopping and restaurants are located a short drive away in Sand Key/Clearwater.

Sleeps six:
Master Bedroom & En-suite Bathroom: King Bed, walk-in cedar closet and walk out balcony facing Gulf of Mexico.
Second Bedroom: configured as King or two Twin Beds, walk in closet and adjacent bathroom.
Great room: Sectional couch includes queen pull out bed.

The Germans visiting Belleair Beach

It was a great time and the apartment is very nice. The Sunset view every night is just amazing. I Hope to stay there again. The kids enjoyed the pool and the beach.

The beach view was great, except for work being done to refurbish beach from past hurricanes. However, this was a one time event and only lasted a few days. Not something that would occur on a regular basis. Otherwise view and beach access were great. Property was kept in beautiful condition as was the condo itself. Location of condo was terrific- quiet area but easy access to everything. The owner was very responsive to any needs.would definitely come again

Our stay at this property was absolutely fantastic. The home was spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and the bedrooms were cozy with very comfortable beds and plenty of linens.The location couldn’t have been better—directly on the beach, which was recently restored after last year’s hurricane, close to local attractions, and just a short drive to excellent restaurants and shopping. We loved how peaceful the neighborhood felt while still being convenient to everything.Donna is a truly gracious host. Communication was seamless from start to finish, and she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a bottle of wine and a personal note. Her thoughtful touches and local recommendations made us feel like valued guests rather than just renters.We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stress-free Florida vacation. It’s a gem, and we would gladly return for another stay!

It was wonderful

This has been the first time to stay in a rented condo, but it turned to be a great experience. Location is perfect right on the beach facing the Gulf. The unit is clean, well furnished, the kitchen lacked nothing noticeable, the bathrooms are modern and had no lack of towels. We have been well pleased, we think we will repeat our stay in the future in a similar unit. Thanks to Nancy that made every effort to make us welcome.

A dream come true

My husband and I have stayed in the area at many different places. Liked them all but this one ticked all my wants boxes. Can’t wait to go back in 2023. Best vacation yet.

Best ocean view and location!!

One of my better stays in Florida. Well supplied Beach condo, everything you could possibly need is right there.. I especially liked the location, and the quietness of Belleair Beach. The weather was perfect for the whole month of October😊.

Would not hesitate to come back.

Tastefully decorated and comfortable apartment. Tons of extras to quickly slip into vacation mode from beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and toys to a fully equipped kitchen for all one’s baking needs. We traveled during Covid and the owner was super supportive as our airline modified our dates more than 3x. I highly recommend this apartment.

Great beach condo

This was a nice, good sized and very comfortable beach condo in a great location for a relaxing stay and visit with my family who live in the Tampa Bay Area. The condo had everything we needed and the view from the direct gulf front balcony was awesome! Wonderful condo complex with a nice pool and beautiful beachfront area. Nice amenities. Excellent communication with the property owner made everything go smoothly.

Peaceful and Relaxing slice of Paradise

This beautiful condo was more lovely in person. The owner Nancy was always quick to answer any questions I had. This place was comfortable, clean, and parking so easy underneath building. I loved the closet next to parking, no lugging chairs or umbrellas back up to condo. You literally need nothing but your clothes, Nancy had beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, games, books to read, and the smart TV just in case you want to stay in and watch TV. All the beds were comfortable and extra sheets and pillows. The location is close to shopping, supermarkets, and restaurants. The kitchen was comfortable and everything you needed to make a full meal, I especially loved having the Keuirg coffee maker! I just can’t say enough about this place! Loved the view, the pool, and beach was close and sunsets were gorgeous. I stayed a month and hope to be back next year!

The unit we rented was wet nice. Nancy was very responsive to al of our questions in a prompt way.

Unfortunately we needed to leave 2 weeks early due to the covid 19 pandemic. This was a difficult decision however the right one. Nancy was very understanding and helpful in a difficult and unfortunate situation for both parties.

Quiet beach retreat

We stayed at this beachfront property in July 2019 for three weeks. Everything was well organised and we received great instructions on how to get there and how everything worked. Good communications with the owners meant that any issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The location is quiet and truly beach front and all of the furnishing and fittings were in great condition and the apartment was very well equipped - it felt like a home from home. Whilst there are no bars or restaurants within walking distance, there are lots of good places to eat within a five/ten minute drive. It is situated on a beautiful beach and a range of good quality beach equipment was supplied. The supermarket is about a ten minute drive away. The pool area is very nice and there is convenient undercover parking. We had a great time and would happily visit again in the future. Highly recommended.

Wake up to a serene Gulf view & end the day with a gloriously colorful sunset all from your King Bed

My husband & I have been renters on VRBO for over 25 years with the last 7 being in the Clearwater/St. Petersburg Gulf Beach area. I can honestly say this has been one of the nicest condos we have rented in this area. For us, amenities are important as we tend to be homebodies & this condo has lots! Some that we really appreciated was the beautiful master bathroom with its colorful tiling, large counter top with double sinks, & glass shower that gives you a view of the Gulf while taking a shower - if you leave the bathroom door open. We also appreciated the tropical fans, in condo washer/dryer, private secure internet connection provided by the owners - thanks Nancy & George!, & new large TV in the living room with HDMI connection so we could use Chromecast (we brought this with us) to connect to our home cable service via the internet. And the fantastic Gulf front views from both the living room & master bedroom with their large glass sliding doors & full length deck - which is only available on the 4th floor units! Who was the architect who designed this building with only full decks & views on one floor? Luckily Nancy & George bought this unit on this floor, thus referencing the title of this review. The covered parking on the Gulf Blvd side under the building is roomy, lighted at night, close to the elevator & protected from the beach wind & sand by a wall that also contains a locked storage closet that is filled with sand & beach equipment & right by the pool entrance on the other side of the wall. When we did step outside, we really loved the newly replenished & expanded beach front, the swimming pool, club house & grill area, separate wooden patio & manicured grounds. In the area, we like to frequent the Cafe de Paris Bakery for crepes and baked goods which is just a 10 min drive south on Gulf Boulevard, & Maggie Mae's at the Shoppes on Sand Key just 2 miles north on Gulf Boulevard. My husband loves to frequent the Wagon Wheel flea market in Largo on Saturday mornings so he can get ripe and tasty fruits for the week & find great deals from the flea marketers. Being from the Pennsylvania home area of QVC, I love shopping at it's competitor, the HSN outlet stores for some extremely great bargains. There are several in the 20 min to 1 hour driving area. And being from Pennsylvania, we love that Florida has imported our WaWa's so that we can get our beloved hoagies on Amoroso rolls, Herrs potato chips & access fee free ATM's.

Beautiful stay on the beach!!

Beautiful direct beach front view on very quiet Sand Key beach. We had a great stay during the month of May. Condo was very well equipped, everything we needed was at our fingertips. Condo was very clean and everything was in great working order. Beds were very comfortable, fast WIFI, new flat screen TVs with ample channels, showers had great water pressure and there were lots of beach chairs and other beach items. Another big perk for this condo is that it is in a low building where it was just a very quick elevator ride (or stair climb) from the 4th floor and you are right on the water. Some other beachfront condos in Sand Key require a much longer walk on the beachfront before you reach the ocean. Owners Nancy and George were great to deal with and very responsive to our questions. We have stayed on Sand Key beach every May for the past 10 years, and this has been one of the top condos to date.
