COMMUNIY RULES
~ This is a smoke free property. NO SMOKING permitted on the premises. Violations of this rule is grounds for expedited eviction with no refund of any kind and a $500 fine.
~ Only 1 parking space per unit
~ Pet Friendly - 1 dog allowed up to 20lbs ($200 pet fee required)
~ Dog friendly complex - however no dogs allowed on the beach.
~ Following breads are strictly prohibited: Akita, Australian Blue, Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky, Malamute, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Presa Canaries,
Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog Hybrid.
