Sitting across from the private pool and barbecue pavilion, a group of up to 6 guests can easily enjoy the Hawaiian sunshine at our family-friendly beachfront resort. Simply step out onto the lanai and watch as your keiki (children) splash around the cool water or lay out a villa provided towel out on the sandy shore to lay out with ocean waves gently crashing in the background. And if you are looking to escape the summer heat, you can easily step back into the 2-bedroom vacation condo for rent and cool off in the air-conditioned space.

For guest comfort and to ensure proper system performance, the air conditioning is set to 74 degrees.

Beautiful complex

I can't speak about unit #8 because we didn't end up staying there. It got double booked, but the staff at Kahana Village were still able to accommodate us in units #41 & #42 (yes we had to change rooms part way through our stay). The property is just lovely. It's right on the ocean, so we sat out on our deck and watched the waves every night. The beach there has great sand, but once you walk out there are many rocks. We did go out swimming and the waves were great. We did enjoy the mai tai party on Wednesday night down by the pool. They had someone playing music and leading dancing for the kids. Mai tais, snacks, and other drinks were served. The property is near a ton of other vacation rentals. It was easy to get to. We hit up a couple of grocery stores in the area and cooked a lot in our unit.

Kahana village is always a great place to stay

All good except there was always kids in the Outdoor spa playing every time adults wanted to use the spa. It clearly states no kids less than 10. But it was full of little kids all the time using it as their own little pool

Vacation In Paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent. We started going in 1991 and the property has not changed as to beauty and the way they maintain the property. The staff are friendly and are always wanting to help if possible. Love the social each week they have to introduce new arrivals to the property. We have enjoyed over 10+ visits to Kahana Village and just can't image staying anywhere else. We share this property always with friends when we hear they are going to travel to Maui. Thank you Vicki and your staff for always making our stay an unforgettable experience.

Lovely Home Away from Home

Clean accomodations; an abundance of paper supplies and kitchen dishes and utensils; comfortable beds; delightful lanai and view. Well kept property. Manager Vickie was delightful and helpful, and the Wednesday Mai Tai party was great fun. Would totally recommend to anyone.

Great vacation stay

Your Little Section of Paradise is Maui

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kahana Village is an awesome rental location. It's an hour drive from Kahului Airport and just off of Route 30. The place is a condominium so you can live in your own unit without the cramped feeling of a hotel. The beach is your backyard, the view alone is worth the money. If you arrive at a good time during whale season you can see them breaching from the distance. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and very hospitable. They make their guests feel welcome and at home. The unit we had was great, there's a loft with your own bathroom. Washer and Dryer are inside so you don't have to worry about finding a place to wash your clothes. Wifi is included which is very convenient. Every Wednesday night they have a Mai Tai party complete with live music. Nice way to get acquainted with other guests should you desire. I will miss Kahana Village and hope to come back in the future. I will forever recommend them to everyone, it was a great experience and the units are clean and well kept. What i love the most was hearing the waves crash at night, the amazing view that you get just outside the balcony and the local birds are your alarm clock.

Reviewer Comments: Very confortable and relaxing except for a couple of incidents that happened when we were there the first night all the lights went out and the washing machine was not properly working,but the staff took care of it right away,love the way the kitchen was arranged,over all we loved our stay.
